Excellent. Had an appointment for the next day but my dog took unwell on a walk the night before. Called in and the vet saw to him for which I was very grateful. Lovely receptionist lovely vet.

I cannot fault the service received at Pool House. The staff are great to both me and my dog. I've been impressed by their level of knowledge and their compassion - vets at the practice avoid surgery unless it's absolutely necessary (meaning that my dog doesn't get put through unnecessary discomfort).
I'm really happy that our dog is registered here knowing that there is expert advice and they are always open should I need them in an emergency.

Absolutely amazing vet hospital, i had been to tamworth on a course with my dog 2 hrs away from home when he decided to swallow part of a metal patè tube which needed removing. Having visited several vets and being a rather fussy owner this one is by far one of the best i have visited. Thank you so much for giving my dog the best care possible you are a fantastic team !!!

Our experience of Pool House are all positive, from the welcome to the vets themselves, all very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Both the hospital and Burntwood surgery are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at ease at a stressful time.

Receptionists are great, they make you feel welcomed and take your details straight away. Waiting area is nice and clean. The vets really do make you and your pet feel very welcomed and talk you through your pets query. Would highly recommend :)
