Pool House came recommended by a friend. They have always been so good with Barney, we attended puppy socialisation when we first had him, had a couple of out of hours emergency trips and also go every month for immunotherapy and regular appointments with Mark Craig (dermatologist). Every member of staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly and been reassuring when it was needed. The ability to link straight to our pet insurance is just a bonus.

This vet practice is everything I need it to be. The location is rural but handy, with good parking. The reception staff are very friendly and lovely with the animals. There is plenty of space in the waiting area and the vets are always attentive and professional

I would recommend anyone to take there Pets to this practice, nothing is too much trouble, you really no that they always have Your Pet, pets welfare first, friendly vets and costs and treatments explained throughly at all times. There caring manner comes across all the time doesnt matter what vet you see they are all have this excellent quality.

I have been with this vet for many years. The staff are always very friendly and compassionate. The premises are clean and there is plenty of parking. If you need an appointment in a hurry one can always be found at one of the four branches.
