We’ve been to several events at Lichfield Cathedral, including the rooftop tours, the illuminate at Christmas, an artist exhibition and casual visits. It has so much to offer and we are very thankful to have the cathedral on our doorstep

WOW! Now I'm not religious at all, but this place is a must visit if you're nearby. It's amazing to think they created all this so long ago. The attention to detail is unreal.

It is a wonderful cathedral in the smallest city in the UK. You get out of it what you need, and everyone will find something here.

Great display of festive lights. The cathedral is stunning, it was a shame that we didn't get to see much of the carol singing our time slot was 7pm.. We had a two Yr old who found the light shows a little bit too much.. But loved the pretty christmas trees when inside. Will definitely go back next Yr.

We went to Lichfield Cathedral for the Christmas light show, which was brilliant! Look out for the boards inside the Cathedral explaining about the 12 days of Christmas meaning, truly fascinating!

A stunning cathedral.

No mandatory admission, as Jesus would have approved of, but donations if you wish.

What would have made Jesus wept, would be the tacky gift shop (holy erasers, holy fridge magnets) thrown into one of its corners.

Well worth a visit, although the "Christmas Tree Exhibit" is underwhelming.

A side note to parents, for some this is still a place of worship and reflection. It's not a Wacky Warehouse, control your children or don't come in at all.

I pray for the day Google allows reviews on my fellow man.
