Right in the heart of the town, the Lichfield Cathedral is a must visit. Beautiful, awe-inspiring and so peaceful. The three spires are iconic and the interior is full of breathtaking architecture. Definitely recommend.

Very impressive Catherdral, from the 114 carved figures on the front and large coloured windows to the magnificent isle. Well worthva vist.

Litchfield it's self is a beautiful place to visit, offering an abundance of shops and leisurely walks, the cathedral is worth paying a visit, it is kept very well has a warm friendly atmosphere.

Posting my fave photo of the trip to Lichfield Cathedral. Its donation on entry their suggested minimum is 5 pounds. Beautiful architecture, and there are paid scheduled tours where you can even go up the tower. There's nice displays inside such as nature photography, old books and a massive oak table in the middle. Will go again 😊

We visited the cathedral for the Climb on the Chime tower tour, being regular visitors of the place and looking to learn more and see the building from a different perspective. Our guide George and volunteer Karen couldn’t have been more welcoming. We had such a good time climbing the tower; seeing the building and city from above and learning so much! George is an excellent guide and gave us time and space to ask any questions we wanted, having such a wealth of knowledge. We really want to go back again and try the other tours the cathedral has to offer! Could not recommend more!

Lichfield cathedral is a stunning building surrounded by the beautiful city of Lichfield. The history of this awesome building and the architecture is fascinating and you can easily spend an hour or so walking around the cathedral and marveling at it's stunning architectural design. There is no fee to enter but a donation is encouraged. It's well worth it. If you're in Staffordshire I recommend a visit.
