I recently instructed Andrew downing booth to sell my apartment that had fallen through with another estate agent. What a difference grace and the team made to this sale. They were so proactive throughout. I have never used an estate agent (and there’s been a few) that I didn’t have to chase. Everything was done in a timely manner keeping me updated throughout. If you want a stress free sale I would definitely recommend them.

By far the best agent we have ever used (and we have moved a LOT!) From Andy doing us a competitive fee, Jake doing the top quality marketing and Grace/Helen helping us through the sales progression. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them and i know we have been particularly high maintenance. An amazing team and would recommend them to anyone.

We completed the sale of our property in Stafford on Friday. ADB were recommended to us and it quickly became obvious why!
Andrew himself gave me some priceless tips on the pitfalls of buying and was always just a phone call away.
Helen, Grace, Jake and the team were fantastic with our sale, taking the keys and doing our viewings while we were out at work.
They sold it within weeks only for our buyer to pull out. ADB were there to pick up our spirits and soon had it sold again for our chosen value.
What really shone through was how much all at ADB cared for us and how clearly invested they are in their clients happiness.
Believe me it is not always like this. Our sellers Estate agent did one viewing, then continually failed to pass on our questions to him. They didn't return his calls and didn't even speak to him on the day of completion!
If we hadn't swapped numbers with our seller, they would have lost the sale for him. In the end they took a massive fee for no effort at all!
His experience was in stark contrast to ours with ADB.
I shall be writing their review next!

Andrew and his team were nothing short of fantastic for me during the sale of my property. Andrew impressed me from the start, I had several viewings and a buyer was found quickly. A special mention must go to Jake. My sale was protracted due to a restrictive lease, Jake effectively project managed the sale for me and kept me fully informed at every stage. Fantastic service. Andrew Downing Booth has been the best estate agent that we dealt with in Lichfield. They sold our house very quickly (2,5 weeks) and kept us updated regularly. We had a very long chain, which delayed the process of moving out and moving into our new house but they have done their best to work with all the involved parties. Thank you all.
