I have nothing but praise for Andrew and his team, having my house on the market on two occasions with them. Unfortunately, the first time we had to take the house off the market due to a family illness and bereavement, but Andrew was quick to respond and kept everything on file for when we were ready to move forward again. When we were ready, Andrew popped round and updated a few details and very quickly the house was on the market again. Multiple viewings were arranged over a few days when we were away and we received 4 offers on it a week after it was back on the market. Helen was super helpful with any queries we had and everyone involved kept us up to date with progress throughout. It was as stress free as they could make it (house sales are never stress free!) and we are very grateful for everything. Highly recommend Andy and his team!

We cannot recommend the team at Andrew Downing Booth in Lichfield highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process of buying our new home was handled with professionalism, drive and genuine care. They truly led the charge in pushing the sale forward, coordinating seamlessly with everyone in the chain – sellers, buyers and solicitors – right through to moving day.

Helen Kent and her incredible team of Lilly, Erin and Annie were absolutely outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout and nothing ever felt too much trouble.

Unfortunately, moving day itself didn’t go to plan when Lloyds Bank went down, meaning our solicitor couldn’t transfer the funds in time to complete. What could have been a complete disaster was only salvaged because of the determination and commitment of the ADB team. The girls quite literally moved heaven and earth trying to get us into the house in some capacity. Even when the seller’s solicitors initially refused us a licence to occupy – and at one point wouldn’t even allow us to unload our belongings – the girls refused to give up and pulled together.

With three young children, the thought of not even being able to unload, sending our removal company away, and potentially not getting our belongings back until just before Christmas was heartbreaking. Lilly, Annie and Erin fought our corner tirelessly, worked overtime, and thanks to their persistence we were at least able to unload and avoid what would have been an incredibly stressful and emotional situation.

Their dedication, compassion and sheer determination made all the difference to us. We truly cannot thank them enough.

Let me start by saying five stars are not enough for the team at Andrew Downing Booth.

I will never work with another agent if I ever wish to sell or purchase a property again.

From the start when Andrew visited our house and was open and honest about the price we could achieve for our home right through to Helen and Annie I cannot fault the team one bit.

What I will say is if you are thinking of shopping around then avoid Paul Carr estate agents at all costs. If it hadn’t of been for Helen working tirelessly for over seven hours trying to work on behalf of the clients of Paul Carr I’m not sure our house would have gone through. I have never met such an unprofessional estate agency and as for Davidson’s solicitors I would also avoid at all costs.

Helen and Annie kept me informed throughout the whole process even when they knew that by calling me it was going to be a difficult conversation because of Paul Carr and Davidson’s not doing their job properly.
Not once did they take their foot off the gas. They went above and beyond and were professional throughout.

They even had the people that were buying my house In their office and they were supporting them because their own agent Paul Carr couldn’t even be bothered to pick up the phone and support them.

I think you will be hard pushed to meet such a dedicated and professional team such as Andrew Downing Booth estate agents.

Buying a house and selling a house is stressful but these guys really supported me even when I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. They even supported the buyers when they were sat sobbing because again, Paul Carr had not followed up and Davidson’s had failed to complete on the date agreed.
