Although Lily was acting on behalf of the sellers, I truly felt she went above and beyond to support me throughout the purchase process. She was incredibly professional, always kept her word about calling back, and made a real effort to chase up my solicitors and keep things moving.
Lily answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She really helped reduce the stress of the process and showed a genuine commitment to getting things done.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lily for any property transaction — she is a real asset to Andrew Downing Booth.

We always had the impression that all of the team at Andrew Downing Booth were genuinely interested in making a potentially stressful time as positive and straightforward as possible. During the whole process of valuation (spot on), marketing the property (the photography was superb), selling it (only serious buyers came for viewings) and post sale follow up, including frequent follow up with solicitors, was faultless. The same applied to our purchase. We cannot think of a single occasion when we didn’t receive a call back when promised, so ADB are efficient as well as courteous. All of the staff were excellent, but a special word must go to Erin, who was brilliant throughout.

From the initial valuation to the final completed sale , these guys were excellent. The photographs of our property were first class, as was communication during the process of selling the property. We were kept informed via email and phone calls throughout the whole process, including feedback from potential buyers .
Whilst the property sale did fall through a couple of times , (not the agents fault) which was stressful and disheartening. These guys gave us good advice.
They were easily accessible and quick to take and answer any questions we had.
Whilst this was all done in a very professional manner it was also very friendly and easy going, making the whole process a pleasure.

I absolutely love the ADB team! I have done many property transactions and by far the best team to work with has been this one. I chose Andrew Downing Booth because of their approach to pricing and clear pricing structure. It was clear how much it would cost me, with no hidden extras. They did all the work of taking photos and listing the property online as well as booking and handling all viewings, which was a huge weight off my mind. Their sensible approach to pricing led to an asking price offer within three weeks of going up for sale and we completed 11 weeks later. The team were really helpful with communications with the buyer too and helped things move along with the solicitors.
