Probably the best Estate agents in Lichfield. Andrew and Helen have been great help.
After dealing with quite a few agents and their shockingly bad service, ADB were a breath of fresh air.
Valuation was spot on, time to sell was spot on, marketing was well prepared and communications were good.
In the end we decided to stay and took our house off the market, but when we do finally look to move, we will be going back to ADB.

Where do I begin - having signed up for our sale with Andrew and the team last March 2023, we found a great buyer in June 2023. Viewings were steady and excellent comms from Helen, Grace and Jake. Unfortunately our buyer lost their sale, so we waited for them and in Oct we finally completed after a long wait, securing our dream purchase and sale to a lovely couple. The last few weeks of conveyancing was stressful, however Helen and Grace were on their A game, chasing progress and updates, and keeping us informed.
A progressional service from start to end and we are very grateful for the whole team approach during our sale, totally understand why ADB have won so many awards.

Right from the start Andy was brilliant, guiding us through the process of brining our house to market and going the extra mile to get our house it on the market quickly. The photos were fantastic. Everyone who viewed our property said how good they were and they they really were a true representation of our house. The team, particularly Annie and Grace, in the office worked fantastically hard to organise viewings and then helped us decide how to follow through on offers and which one to take. Annie and Grace had a super busy Saturday but went the extra mile to help us; they were brilliant. We can't thank the team enough for everything. Andy and his team have been the best estate agent we have ever used over 7 moves. If you are looking for an estate agent to help you with your sale or purchase, we can't recommend them highly enough; they are a fantastic team.

I cannot rate this Estate Agent high enough!!!! From start to finish they were AMAZING. They sold my house within days of it hitting the market and completed in record time. I’m not even local to their office in Lichfield I am Shropshire and they still sold my property instantly. Thanks guys - wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future!

From the moment we met Andy, through fantastic photos by Jake, tireless service of Erin and wonderful negotiation skills of Helen (and I’m sure there were others behind the scene), we were entirely happy with ADB’s service. Our house sold very quickly (for the full asking price) and we were lucky enough to have them on our side when offering for, and negotiating, our new house purchase. There were problems and delays but they did everything they could to make things run smoothly. Highly recommended.

I have recently sold my property through Andrew Downing Booth Estate Agents. The sale was protracted, difficult and frustrating due to issues the buyer experienced, but Helen Kent at Andrew Downing Booth was magnificent in facing all of these issues with professionalism, perseverance and care. She supported both ourselves, and the buyer, through an unbelievably difficult process. Without her diligence and hard work I’ve no doubt the sale would have failed. I have no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent.

I approached ADB Estate Agents first of all as I had heard such good things about them. They didn’t fail to disappoint. Andrew rang me that evening, on the way to the airport for his holiday to book in to see me on his return - talk about committed to your work!! Now that our late mothers house has been sold can I just say how pleased we were with your service. In fact it didn’t seem like you were performing a ‘service’ as such but genuinely setting out to help us along this difficult path.

The whole team at Andrew Downing Booth have been amazing.
