Andrew Downing Booth is already recognised as the best estate agent in Lichfield and the region. I would go as far as stating that Andrew Downing Booth must be one of the best agents in the entire country! I received top class service and value so I have no reservations in recommending this company. Some agents will just give you what you paid for and no more but Andrew Downing Booth goes way beyond what you would expect. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Would definitely recommend these guys!! We have just bought our first house through them and the communication has been amazing from them. they communicate anything and everything. there have been a couple of issues with communication from Solicitors to us, but I have phoned theses guys up and they have managed to get the answered needed.
Helen has been so helpful on the phone with answering my Questions and so has Jake.
I have even had Andy giving me updates on the situation whilst he has been out of the office.

Andy and his team have been amazing, completing a difficult sale and purchase out of area. Without this superb professional team I doubt this would have ever completed. Andy's advice and support were invaluable, his team were all responsive, polite and professional throughout a very stressful time. Andrew Downing-Booth was effectively our sole agent on a property in Lichfield. From the beginning, they kept us informed and helped us in an experience, although not new to us, one that we had not been involved in for a number of years.
The advertisement that they prepared was professional, comprehensive and informative. We were kept informed of interest levels and results. The sale took place fairly early in the process although completion was slow and exasperating - not through any fault of our agent but because of the influence of the Covid year on business in general and small business in particular. We would certainly use this company again if we were buying or selling a property in the region.

After a recommendation from a friend, opted to use Andrew Downing-Booth Estate agents to sell our house. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Firstly, from Andy who went above and beyond to ensure everything was listed promptly and to the highest standard, even contacting out of hours to confirm a few details. Secondly, Jo and Katie who work alongside Andy were always on hand to update on progress and very helpful. They handled every aspect with true professionalism and I wouldn't contemplate using any other estate agent for any future services. Thanks to all of you and all the best.

After spending valuable time using all the local ‘big name’ estate agents I came across a new kid on the block. I decided to give them a try as I thought that they might be ‘hungry’ for business. They came across as a revelation. I came to understand the real meaning of the words, professional and integrity. While the other estate agents promised nothing Andrew and his team gave the impression that they would sell my property, come Hell or high water. Obviously, they succeeded. I found their attention to my needs was paramount, always keeping in touch and offering advice and they gave me that reassuring feeling that they actually wanted to sell my house. The ladies, if I can say that, in the office were also extremely helpful and actually passed on any messages that I left. Thank you Andrew and team.

I was selling a home with great sentimental attachments.
It was important to me that the right people brought the bungalow and that it what Andy achieved. Not only finding a buyer but the right buyer for the property.

Andrew Downing-Booth has just completed the sale of our house in Lichfield and I cannot praise them highly enough. From the valuation stage, arranging viewings, negotiating the sale, through to progressing it to completion, Andy and his team were highly attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. In particular, their communications have been first rate, with prompt notifications of viewings and feedback obtained and communicated very quickly. In addition, Andy always made himself available to answer any queries or concerns, even out of normal office hours. Once the sale was agreed, Andy and his team were in constant touch with all parties to keep the momentum going towards successful completion. We Purchased our new home from Andrew booth estate agents, and I can honestly say if it wasn't for Andy and his team I honestly think our chain would have collapsed on many occasions. Andy was the only estate agent in the very long chain pro-actively chasing and following up the entire chain. We personally made the mistake of using Purple Bricks so effectively Andy did the job of two estate agents, as often he was over seeing our sale as well.
Andy is fantastic and would have absolutely no doubts in recommending friends and family to sell their house with him.

I first encountered Andy and his team when I viewed and subsequently put an offer in on a property they were selling. Every interaction with them was exactly what I needed, honest, professional and helpful. It was because of this I decided to get my own house valued with them, Andy came round for the valuation without much delay and supplied a fair price explaining his rational and the company ethos. I also had another estate agent come to value my house, not only did I have to wait weeks for the appointment, but he also significantly undervalued it (especially considering what I actually got), that interaction confirmed to me that I wanted to sell my house with Andy. The actual sales process was great, I loved the online portal, where I could obsessively check how many views I'd had. I spoke to Luci, Jo or Andy most days in the two weeks it took to sell my property. They gave sound advice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Once the house was sold it didn't stop there, I had calls just to keep me updated with how things were progressing and after a really smooth 3 months, Andy helped push the exchange through making sure there were no issues. I 100% would recommend Andrew Downing-Booth Estate agents, I feel they worked for their money and were instrumental in ensuring a smooth selling journey for me. You always hear horror stories about estate agents, but Andy and the team showed me that there are good ones in the bunch too.
