We were at the hotel for 2 nights 21 to 23 March. The room was well equipped with a good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits and in the fridge was a nice bottle of rose.
The spa was very busy with slots for family groups and then adults only. Beware that at weekends.
In the bar Jake was a master at work, very polite and super professional.
At reception Sharon was a delight, very helpful and very relaxed.
In the restaurant Theresa and Alice were lovely and did the hotel proud with their attention. However it was very cold in the restaurant on Friday and I found that allowing a wedding party in an adjoining room to roam through the restaurant throughout service . For me it truly spoilt the meal, which was excellent quality but having kids coming from outside and running through the tables was really poor and should not happen.
Breakfast "fit for a king" was the claim at the restaurant entrance but it did not live up to that billing. Nothing particularly bad about the food but nothing particularly good. Coffee and tea plus toast delivered to the table but no staff ever asked if we required more or if the food was good and on both mornings, they failed to clear bowls or plates from the table.
Would I go again? Yes I would the room, Staff and facilities were good as was the dinner and I'm sure we will return but probably midweek when spa would be quieter

I cannot recommend Kettering Park Hotel & Spa highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were especially impressed by the incredible care and attention they showed on Mother’s Day. The team was wonderfully accommodating of our family’s allergy requirements, ensuring that every detail was handled with care and professionalism.
A particularly heartfelt thank you goes out for the special efforts made for my 3-year-old niece. She was absolutely delighted by the surprise of her very own mini spa robe and slippers, which made her feel so grown-up and included. The thoughtful touch of having a cookie waiting for her in the room was the icing on the cake—she’s still talking about it!
Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. Thank you again to the entire team for creating such a memorable and personalized stay. We can’t wait to return!

From start to finish, our stay at the Kettering Hotel and Spa was seamless. The booking process was straightforward, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sharon, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and friendly manner set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The rooms are a decent size, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and even include a thoughtful sleep kit. For added indulgence, a bath butler service is available on request. The in-room beverage selection was impressive, with a little jug provided for fresh milk and water, conveniently available down the hall.
The bar was a welcoming space, thanks to Jake, who not only provided excellent service but also recommended some fantastic wines. At dinner, Theresa and Leanne took great care of us, guiding us through a varied menu that was cooked to perfection by their talented chefs. The kitchen team was also incredibly accommodating of dietary requirements, offering delicious options for a family member who needed dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan choices. Every dish was beautifully presented and left us more than satisfied.
The spa facilities were well-maintained, clean, and featured fresh water. We were provided with soft robes, slippers, and towels, making for a relaxing experience. The hotel’s gardens are a real highlight—picturesque and thoughtfully designed, featuring a range of social spaces, from pergolas and fire pits to outdoor living areas and swings.
Breakfast was another standout experience, with a fresh and varied buffet of hot and cold options. When it was time to check out, Emily was incredibly informative about local attractions, ensuring we made the most of our visit.
Overall, the team at Kettering Hotel and Spa clearly take great pride in their service and hygiene standards. This was a fantastic staycation, and we are now looking forward to attending one of the hotel’s events in the future. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Hotel

Location was ok, nothing spectacular in a business park, I didn’t use the rooms so can not comment, the waiting areas and conference rooms were nice and the staff were polite and helpful

Would love to see you again, staff and facilities lovely, food and drinks are quite expensive, need more vegan and dairy free and no egg options, as my daughter was all of these only a few options especially when came to deserts, but otherwise was lovely.

We had a lovely couple of days here, the staff were helpful and the Hotel and Spa were excellent. It is best to book any treatments or massage before your stay as they are very busy.

Fabulous place

Lovely big, clean room with lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable too.

My mum booked this hotel and spa for my birthday and I just wanted to say it is incredible. The staff are beyond lovely, caring and patient, the atmosphere is welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, the facilities are all beautifully clean and refreshing and the food and drinks are stunning. We were made to feel so special and I had an amazing time, thank you so much.

Welcoming reception staff made us feel special and important. The staff in General were all excellent. Nothing to much trouble. All friendly and great at their jobs. They seemed happy to help and seemed to enjoy their work.
Our Room was Spacious, well equipped and immaculate.
Food was lovely in Restaurant at dinner, the Buffet Breakfast was Outstanding.
The Spa is lovely although a Tad busy, bordering on overcrowded, although it was a Saturday and obviously a busy time.
We will be returning soon!

Was treated to a spa weekend for a birthday. Myself and a friend had full body treatments by Hannah and Jess. Both ladies were absolutely lovely, polite and professional, made me feel completely at ease and clear communication throughout the treatment. Would definitely recommend!!
