Rooms are large (we stayed in a basic room) but a little tired. Reception and pool area are nice and clean. Staff were friendly and customer focused.
The White Company toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom, although I would have appreciated a body/hand lotion too.
EV charging is via Eon (you need a contract in place to use the charging station).

If you're not here, you're missing a fantastic night. The Kettering Park Hotel is celebrating Burns Night in style, complete with authentic Highland Dancers from the Skelding School of Highland Dance. What a great event and venue. The hotel is amazing too 😀

We had a lovely stay and were so very impressed from the moment we arrived by the very high levels of service and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for business or leisure.

Having been here a few times already , the stays here have been incredible . Birthday parties to weddings and just yesterday an impromptu visit turned into an overnight stay which was no issue to Emily the lady at reception was so helpful in getting us a pet friendly room.
Bar staff were so nice and even joined in our board games !!!
Sebastian invited us to a wine tasting event which turned out to be really really good .
Very nice pool and spa here too 😀 . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone 🤔 👌

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk to breakfast staff. Clean spacious tidy rooms with sofas and work desks, little fridge and fresh milk provided, although on the ground floor mine was a little tired and cool on the heating side. Spa facilities are great with a nice pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Bar as would be expected but evening meals are over priced and lacking lustre and appeal for the ££.

The hotel is inside an industrial estate and not much green spaces to walk around in, other than the mini garden. The service overall was fantastic! Most of the staff were very friendly! Especially the staff that were working at the restaurant on the Friday night. Unfortunately some of the staff we came across on Saturday were a little rude especially during the lunch service. They got the food order wrong and didn't fully correct it. I do understand that they were probably very busy, but at least make an attempt to correct what went wrong.
Overall the food was brilliant and there was lots of it with Spa deal we booked (two night spa deal. So breakfast (x2), 1 lunch and 2 dinners (£30 pp) were included).
The spa staff were very welcoming and helpful and skilled.
I paid for an extra scalp massage and was disappointed by the treatment I received because it was with a trainee that started on the day I was booked in rather than an experienced staff member. Kinda felt it was a waste of £50 .
The hotel pool and sauna and steam room can be used by outsiders. So Saturday was very busy with lots of children. Not what I was looking for when having a spa experience.

Fantastic customer service from.everyone at the hotel.
I would recommend the spa area to be regulated as it was too busy to use certain facilties, the only disappointment, everything else was excellent.

Went for a day spa - exceptional service from all staff, lovely Premier Cru facial and delicious afternoon tea afterwards. Will definitely return.
