Kettering park hotel is a brilliant hotel lovely staff and nice clean rooms & facilities, we had our wedding there & again lovely clean facilities in the gardens & function Rooms We were made to feel welcome from start to finish & the spa was amazing too well done to all the staff for this reason I give 5 stars to them for excellent service.

Really nice hotel, however recent trips have found them offering exceptionally expensive room rates. Good luck to them if they keep the business coming in.

CWArrived here for food and drink fair hotel was nice disappointed with the fair as it was not big enough .just enough to fill one room bought some food to come away with some prices were overpriced for what you were getting spent about 1hr 30min and decided to find somewhere for coffee as we couldn't find anyone selling coffee

Fantastic hotel, we had a two meeting and a one night stay. The meeting venue and lunch was fantastic and the room was equally as good. I needed some help from reception and Peggy was amazing.

Although the staff were very friendly I was quite disappointed with the facilities, it was quite over crowded in the pool area with nowhere to relax after a massage and other guests were taking up lounging areas with their towels and nowhere to be seen. The massage itself was "ok" lasting in total of 15mins but 30mins with the whole getting ready etc. The therapist was booked back to back with treatments and as a therapy myself I know how the drill goes.
Our concerns were taken up with management and he was very polite, professional and is was aware of our concerns, he was kind enough to compliment us with lunch of our choice.
