I use this hotel regularly for work, it's friendly and very comfortable. Breakfast is always spot on, whilst I would prefer to have it partially buffet for juices and fruits, it's worth it for a chat with Jayne. She's so down to earth and makes me feel very welcome when I'm away from home.

It's a hotel for businesses to use but it suited us as we could meet with friends. Amazing service from cheerful helpful staff. Good food, lovely swimming pool,sauna, steam room. Kettering town centre and Wicksteed Park to keep us amused.

I went for Sunday lunch ,my meal was nice but our main courses all came out at different times and there was a delay in bringing our vegetables. My friends Yorkshire pudding was frozen in the middle and had to be returned . My friend has allergies and choice was limited on the Sunday lunch menu, for pudding she ordered dairy free brownie with vanilla ice cream and was brought the brownie with chocolate ice cream. We asked for more veg but by the time they came we had finished our meal.We had to go and ask for sauces to accompany our roast . When they took my friends plate due to frozen yorkie,they took her cutlery and we had to go and find a waitress to get her cutlery. The waitress was pleasant and polite and the other meals were nice.

This resort is gorgeous and the staff completely embody the ethos. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really well taken care of. It had such a family feel that it was like coming home. Rooms are hidden away with the layout of the hotel having all amenities together. Great ideas for reducing the carbon footprint with carafes and stations to fill up on fresh filtered water and fresh milk.

This is a wonderful hotel. Room is spotless, large with a sofa and fridge. Staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is lovely. This is a really great hotel and value for money is exceptional. Location is very close to A14 and really easy to find but when you arrive here it's really quiet and peaceful.

Stayed overnight during my Sons birthday weekend and had a great experience. Staff were all attentive, friendly and helpful. They made our room extra special as it was his 10th bday. Thank you all so much for another amazing time at the Kettering Spa Hotel, much appreciated! Dinner was amazing at the restaurant in the evening and the staff were great too, as well as in the morning for breakfast great food and amazing staff! My son and I had the best time! Many Many thanks!

A fantastic hotel I was there for a wedding the staff are really friendly and helpful. I wouldn't mind going back to use the Gym and spa facilities. I was impressed and loved the milk fridge in the hallway great idea.

Location was fine, I didn't give it a 5 because it isn't a location with a view or in a idyllic setting, it was just convenient.
