The rooms downstairs are really lovely nice places to sit and have a chat if you don’t want to be in the bar. The bedroom was very comfortable and since I still make my tea in a pot it was extra special having a teapot and cosy please don’t take them away.
The spa and pool were lovely if there was one criticism it was that we weren’t able to get a lounger as people who aren’t staying in the hotel are able to use the facilities. It would have been nice to use the pool after we had checked out but were told we couldn’t,
There was an incident on our first night this was very disturbing , the manager the next day came round as soon as he found out and apologised, it wasn’t anything to do with the staff but it was still very good to acknowledge it .
It hadn’t put us off as my sister and I will be visiting again next year.

Guys you seriously need to tidy the outside up, tables stained and grubby, plants in pots on table dead like a few months ago, fag butts all over the floor. What has happened to the nicely kept place I knew.... Weeds n grass coming through the block paving.
a lot has changed in a year. Cmon guys you can do better. All it is now is a reminder of what town you in and we used to escape that here.

We had a two night stay for my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The hotel and spa was very relaxing, just what we needed. We particularly liked the signature room facilities i.e. the coffee machine, fridge, teapot and a complimentary bottle of wine. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was one of our best Hotel Spa stays ever.
From the warmth of our greeting at Reception, to the splendour and comfort of our suite, to the quality of the facilities in the Spa, there was little if anything to criticise. My wife and I highly appreciated the fresh fruit in our suite, the complimentary drinks in the guest fridge, and The White Company gift set on the bed.
My wife adored her massage from Hannah! I must highly commend Ellie for the best massage ever. I have only recently lost my Mother. Her funeral was on 17th February. Ellie helped expunge an awful lot of post committal tension. Wonderful skills.
We had a delicious and very filling evening meal in your restaurant. Please pass on our unadulterated thanks and appreciation to KIMBERLEY who served us in a very warm and welcoming manner. Her empathy when we told her of my Mum's passing was genuinely moving and played an enormous part in making this one of our best ever breaks. I feel like I can reset and continue life without Mum. I also loved not having to climb or descend stairs to get to our room. Kudos on the design of the hotel.
We will be back again, and we have been recommending KPH to family and friends already.

From check in to check out my husband and I were made to feel special. The room was gorgeous - Thomas Tresham room. The food and service in the restaurant were top notch.

We booked this stay to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. We really enjoyed spa, dinner and breakfast. Our little one liked bits and bobs that were left in the room for her. All staff were very friendly (especially the waitress at the restaurant).

Simply the best spa experience in my opinion. Having been to many 4 star spar places around the UK, over several years, this place outshines all others. Staff friendly and helpful, facilities very clean, food was excellent, the room was impressive and spotless also. Pool and jacuzzi water temperature was perfect, unlike a few other spa places.

I stayed at the Kettering Park Hotel, A few few nights ago. I have to say, my stay was amazing. The staff were really attentive. Nothing was a problem. The room was really lovely and perfect for my requirements. I have to say a huge thank you to , Emily on Reception, who a couple of times Really helped me in navigating some issues, She went above and beyond to try and help me and I massively appreciate this Also to the Cleaner, I didn’t get her name, Was super friendly and very attentive many thanks to all.

Great room good food. Let down by dirty spa. Towels laying about, blocked toilet. Empty shampoo dispenser empty tissues

This a great hotel,great staff and good service, the spa is excellent and even better at night. The gym is medium in size but not over crowded, good available machines and free weights, I am yet to try the food but will be soon. I have now tried the food and it is excellent and the restaurant where excellent. Thank you

Over out spa stay with my best friend. Chosen for location where we could meet somewhere central as we live far from each other. Cannot believe we found such a gem!! We found an incredible deal and the hotel were really responsive in advance of our stay. The staff were genuinely happy to help and wanted our stay to be enjoyable, the hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, the room was amazing and our spa experience was perfect. Thank you so much to every single person that made our stay so special. We will definitely be back. Ihave never stayed somewhere where the staff all genuinely seemed to love their jobs and enjoy working there. Their service, helpfulness and kindness made it extra special. Thank you everyone.

Wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff. Great for families. Good food, lovely rooms and luxurious spa

Lovely hotel, great facilities, clean, great staff. It's not a 5 star review for the sole reason of the food. Breakfast nice selection (lovely bread to make toast) but the sausages remind me of school dinner sausages. Benedict sauce from a bottle? Awful! Tea/coffee mugs not clean - its like someone forgot to add the tablet to the dishwasher! What else wasn't washed properly? Standard of food a big disappointment. 2 rosettes? Orders came out wrong 2 times out of 6. Burger & steak both tasted metallic. In fact the steak was one of the worst we've ever had - lack of seasoning, unevenly cooked, zero crust, very poor for £30. Generally all the food was poorly seasoned. Chicken sauce with the kiev was just wet, no flavour at all. Fish one night flat and didn't seem fresh. Onion soup, awful, tasted like gravy, hardly any onion flavour. Our last night we didn't really want to eat there but we had the 2 night offer so felt we had to. Food standard really let you down. If it matched the rest of the hotel it would have been a brilliant stay. It was our 2nd visit and unfortunately will be our last, purely because of the food. If you don't eat, or have low expectations of the food here, you'll have a great time

Rooms: We stayed in the junior suite which consisted of a main bedroom either queen-sized bed, en-suite, small hallway with a second bathroom and living room with balcony and sofa bed. The decor is a tad dated but it was a comfy night’s sleep, water pressure was good and The White Company toiletries were lovely. The room was a tad cold even when the thermostat was adjusted.
Service: Friendly reception and spa staff.
Location: Definitely need a car as this is not a central location. Handy for local golf.
Spa: Decent size but can get very busy as I believe locals may get memberships for the spa, particularly during family swim sessions - ask for adult only pool times if preferred. Pool could be a degree or two warmer especially in winter. Sauna and steam room reportedly good.
Value: Handy for a last minute booking and good value when on a sale. Likely wouldn’t pay full price unless we had a purpose to be there.
Food: Above average for hotel food.

Great value for a dinner, bed and breakfast stay. Room was comfy and the menu was inviting and tasty. Hotel grounds were relaxing and pleasant.
Spa was absolutely rammed with people which was a little disappointing.

I will recommend for anyone who want to have a beautiful time with family in a top hotel across UK.

The staff and welcoming, and exceptionally keen to assist in any way they can to make the stay for you comfortable.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, has a raging log fire, and the rooms (suite) are spacious and contemporary.
Robes, slippers, and an array of lovely wash products are out on arrival.
Also special Christmas gifts for my child to include her name on Cadburies chocolate bar which was a lovely touch.
There is a spa and swimming pool which is beautiful, with a range of treatments avalible.
The food is exceptional, a variety of dishes, on both occasions of having beef, two different cuts both were cooked to perfection. Poached eggs in the morning, again cooked perfectly. Some really excellent chefs working behind the scenes.
All in all, I would come here again, it is a warm and welcoming hotel with many special extras.

Had two nights here. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the bar area comfortable. Bar food was good as well. Although I only had the burger, it was certainly decent and I enjoyed it. I didn’t use the spa but it seemed popular and it looked quite nice. The staff were very polite and very helpful with everything. Would i stay again if I was in Kettering? Yes I would. Many thanks.

Staff made it very attentive and pleasant

The room was a great size with good facilities including a sofa area with desk and a large TV. Nice White Company amenities in the bathroom. I particularly loved the teapot and lovely selection of teas and coffee bags (rather than nasty instant coffee sachets). The only downside was that despite having several lamps the room was way too dark. There's no ceiling light and all of the bulbs in the lamps are warm white and not particularly bright, and covered by heavy lampshades, so they're not particularly effective even when they're all on.
I raised two issues with the hotel and they were efficiently dealt with before I got back from work on the same day.
Every single staff member I met was friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.
The gym is modern and well-equipped and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised when comparing it to the standard of most hotel gyms.
There's a retail park less than a minute minute drive away with various food options and shops.
The breakfast spread includes cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, and a cooked hot breakfast. It was great that I was offered the chance to have eggs freshly poached for me or avocado on toast freshly made. I went with poached eggs on toast and it was done perfectly. I didn't use the bar but from the outside it looked warm and inviting, and well-stocked.
I'll be regularly working in the area this year and I would definitely consider returning to Kettering Park Hotel when I do.
