Rooms: We stayed in the junior suite which consisted of a main bedroom either queen-sized bed, en-suite, small hallway with a second bathroom and living room with balcony and sofa bed. The decor is a tad dated but it was a comfy night’s sleep, water pressure was good and The White Company toiletries were lovely. The room was a tad cold even when the thermostat was adjusted.
Service: Friendly reception and spa staff.
Location: Definitely need a car as this is not a central location. Handy for local golf.
Spa: Decent size but can get very busy as I believe locals may get memberships for the spa, particularly during family swim sessions - ask for adult only pool times if preferred. Pool could be a degree or two warmer especially in winter. Sauna and steam room reportedly good.
Value: Handy for a last minute booking and good value when on a sale. Likely wouldn’t pay full price unless we had a purpose to be there.
Food: Above average for hotel food.

Great value for a dinner, bed and breakfast stay. Room was comfy and the menu was inviting and tasty. Hotel grounds were relaxing and pleasant.

The staff and welcoming, and exceptionally keen to assist in any way they can to make the stay for you comfortable.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, has a raging log fire, and the rooms (suite) are spacious and contemporary.
Robes, slippers, and an array of lovely wash products are out on arrival.
Also special Christmas gifts for my child to include her name on Cadburies chocolate bar which was a lovely touch.
There is a spa and swimming pool which is beautiful, with a range of treatments avalible.

The rooms are great but couldn't for the life of me figure out the heating. Beds are really comfy and has everything you need.
Jake in the bar was absolutely brilliant, couldn't of been any more attentive. The food downstairs was beautiful. Tried new things and didn't regret it.
Room service was ok, food was warm but the pizza I'm sure was a oven pizza and wasn't the best but overall I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Ok ISH hotel rooms outstanding meals came out 2 hours late

Fabulous Spa day enjoying the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Good clean facilities all mid sized. Excellent changing facilities. Lovely surroundings with places to relax and read around the pool. Landscaped gardens for the warmer weather. Complimentary hot and cold drinks offered as you need. Lovely public areas throughout the hotel, wood fires. The stand out was the incredible service from every member of staff. Friendly happy people with relaxed customers makes for a calm cheerful atmosphere. Lunch in the restaurant was cooked with love and served beautifully by Flavia & Lydia. Great treatments with Chloe & Emily. Well done to the whole team, I don’t think that you realise how good you are. Will we booking again? - Yes without question

We just had our wedding at this lovely hotel and the staff there could not have been more helpful. Everything we asked for they accommodated. All the staff were very helpful and attentive and the event team were particularly good at their job. We would strongly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding or similar event.

It is a good place to relax but I was disappointed with Spa opening times on Sunday. The price of staying from Saturday/Sunday was more expensive yet the Spa was not open till 8 am which in my opinion is very late

Food is good, but not great.
The rooms are dated, and the bathroom has a shower in the bath which is not adjustable, therefore not a great experience if you’re tall.

Very basic chicken salad ( a few strips of chicken, lettuce and a few croutons), with about 10 small fries and a very small fresh orange juice..£33 🙈

I would like to thank all the staff at the Kettering Park Hotel for making my Daughter Ashleighs wedding day a truely SPECIAL day. I must give a special mention to Petra who made sure the day ran Smoothly and arranged everything to perfection. She is a huge credit to the hotel.

This is a nice and quiet hotel, with good in-room and hotel facilities. The swimming pool is excellent and was a nice treat to have on my day there.
The only complaint I have is about their restaurant, and it is as follows. On Sunday, 2nd November, when I went to the restaurant, the Host had got some details of my booking wrong, and offered me 'a complimentary drink' as a gesture, which was much welcome.
However, at the time of settling the bill, she served me the bill and charged £9.99 for the 'complimentary drink' which she had offered me, and for which I didn't get to pick one from the menu. I hope the front office management of the hotel will take note that it is distasteful and unfair for a four star hotel to offer a freebie to a customer, only then to charge for it, as a way of making additional revenue.

The hotel is ok, we spent two nights there as it was our anniversary.
The only problem and let down we had was that, the room has an adjoining door and we could hear the people in the next room chatting loudly which was annoying. The room number is 224, it would have been better if there was a wall instead of a door. I wouldn’t actually stay here again. The breakfast was ok, and the dinner was ok. Also the staff are friendly.
