What a lovely stay. Your facilities and food was fantastic and we loved the Spa however without doubt it was your staff that stole the show. Everyone from every part of your hotel were a credit to you. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. I am going to shine on one particular person, Ume (?) a waitress who was young but extremely positive and bubbly and made us feel exceptionally welcome. Not often I write reviews or ask for names but the service from everyone and particularly this young lady was second to none. I stay in hotels a lot but will definitely recommend this as a lovely retreat and will be returning.

We held our conference at KPH and they are always incredibly helpful to respond to various last-minute adjustments or requests. Clare especially regularly checks in and makes sure everything is going smoothly. The conference rooms are clean, tidy, and set up to our requirements, and it really helps to create the right atmosphere for the day. The refreshments are kept topped up according to our agenda timings and the lunch is brilliant with so many options. The Guest WiFi was a bit spotty this time but not a major issue. The hotel is convenient for our delegates and is a really pleasant place overall.

Hello other earthly beings, Billy is very impressed with this hotel, Billy and his mama Hilda came here to relax and eat sausage rolls with their monster energy drinks. Sadly Billy accidentally got trapped in one of the showers and his sausage roll got soggy, but mama Hilda and the staff helped him out and rebaked it. I recommend the massages and spa treatment because Billy relaxed so much that it helped him forget his family trauma and PTSD. Thank you everyone Billy out peace and love to everybody ❤️

Was struck by the exceptional cleanliness of the public areas and low and behold the room was the same. Everything very clean and tidy. Minimal scuffs on walls or paintwork. Travelled with a Private tour operator for a 5 day tour.

Felt relaxed throughout the stay, from the welcoming start from Leanne & Kimberley. This high standard continued right through into the spa personnel and facilities.
You could easily think you were on holiday abroad.

We had a great stay, however, this is our third visit to the hotel and we felt that some of the little extra touches that we used to enjoy are no longer available. 1. We liked relaxed use of the pool. Now its set hours for children. 2. No robes as standard in a standard room. Before my daughter and I had lovely robes. 3. Now it's a buffet breakfast. We used to love the waitress service at breakfast and having things cooked fresh for us.

We loved our stay, but did find the pool too cold, and two other guests mentioned it as well, as the chlorine smell in the hot tub was incredibly strong, which was disappointing as we have loved the spa area on our other visits

It was incumbent on me to arrange an evening of celebration for 60 people. I had no prior experience for such an event and was learning "on the hoof". My requirements were constantly changing with my guests needs and desires. I was starting to wonder how any of my responsibilities would be resolved.
The staff involved with event hire and organisation were my saviour. They showed unbelievable patience, gave sure and certain guidance and always had the solution to all my issues.
These people are vastly experienced, so knowledgeable and courteous.

Booked a one night stay and Kettering park hotel and spa and it was lovely! Grace from the reservations team was very helpful with making accommodations for my partners birthday meal and stay! I wanted to mention both Grace from reservations and Leanne H from the restaurant as They are brilliant members of staff!

Excellent value - don’t be put off by the location. The rooms are quiet and you soon forget your surroundings once inside the hotel. The spa facilities and treatments were very good and clean, the reception and dining rooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I would say the rooms are a little tired which is a shame, but it’s clean and the bed is comfortable and there are a few nice touches like the white company toiletries, coffee machine and refillable fresh milk and cold water.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. However, the parking on my visit was terrible (had to park off site). The bar near the entrance was nice, but very pricey (e.g. Latte was £5.30 for a cup - see image). I can’t comment on the rooms or gym facilities, as I was there for a conference.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day travelling.
