Thank you to all the staff at Kettering Park Hotel and Spa for making our wedding weekend 21st - 23rd August 2026 perfect!
Me and my husband Ashley got married on Saturday 22nd August at Elms Meadow, a Tipi wedding venue just down the road from Kettering Park Hotel and Spa. Although we weren't getting married at their hotel, they couldn't have done more for us, Steph and Victoria in the events team were fantastic, so helpful and on hand to answer and solve any of our queries.
They let us store our wedding cake and dessert table bakes in their pastry fridge, reception staff were so helpful when transporting our cakes down to Elms Meadow.
They arranged a pre wedding family dinner in their restaurant the evening before the wedding which they kindly pushed back as we were running so late with setting up at the wedding venue, we were allocated our own section of the restaurant and they also allowed for extra guests to join us in the evening. They again stored our surprise cake in their fridge and bought this out to us with sparklers. The food was delicious, the waitresses were friendly and patient with our orders as there were so many of us and they accommodated the children so well.
We stayed in a deluxe family room, it was the perfect space to get ready in, clean, many power sockets, large mirror, boutique toiletries from The White Company, Air conditioning was also great! Coffee machine and choice of teas was an extra touch. Access to the cold water machine and milk outside the room was perfect for all of our guests.
They organised breakfast to our room on the morning of the wedding, the wedding party were also able to add their orders to the room, making an early start as easy as possible and making sure we were well fed and watered. The mango granola and pastries were the perfect fuel for my morning!
They were so accommodating to our family and friends, particularly my family with babies and young children, there was a £30 charge per child for children above 2 but it was so worth it as they were provided with VIP robes and other goodies, making it a very exciting stay for them, they also made full use of the swimming pool, which was perfect the morning of the wedding for the parents to entertain them. They were also able to move those with children nearer to our room, so that the family were close by on the wedding morning.
The staff on reception made our morning flow so easily guiding hair and make up, florist and photographer to our room and made us and guests feel very welcome.
I could go on and on but will end it here, thank you for making our wedding weekend stay so special, if you are getting married at Elms Meadow, Pytchley, I would definitely recommend you and your wedding party stay at Kettering Park!!!

This a great hotel, great staff and good service, the spa is excellent and even better at night. The gym is medium in size but not over crowded, good available machines and free weights, I am yet to try the food but will be soon. Wonderful hotel, friendly helpful staff. Lovely extras for children making the stay extra special for my 4yo daughter. Only down side was the power cut they had just before we turned up so we weren’t able to use the pool or spa, but we were compensated. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year.

Very poor service, having booked an afternoon tea for 3pm for a birthday treat we waited till gone 3.30pm having booked in10 minutes early. I had to go to the bar to ask what was happening. The waitress looked embarrassed and asked what we wanted, the afternoon tea!. I'm sure we had been forgotten. The food eventually came and was very good but we had to request a fresh stronger pot of tea to replace the very weak one that we had been served with. The fresh pot was slightly better but still very weak.
We expected much better service. At notime did anyone ask if everything was OK.

Didn't stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant and it was super tasty. Great filling food, beautifully presented and great service too.
Parking was free if you spent over £10 so that was decent too!

My friend and I stayed at Kettering Park Hotel for one week while attending a class in Ecton. Our rooms were great! I had a huge bathtub, a comfortable bed and a great tea/coffee setup. The shortbread cookies were a huge hit. The hotel was quiet. The service from the front desk was outstanding. We were two confused American women trying to navigate our way around and Becca and her staff were amazing. We ate most of our meals in the hotel and again, staff and service were excellent. You are so fortunate to have such a place for such a great value. Thanks again Kettering Park!!

The bath could use a bath mat inside as can get quite slippy.
The restaurant was extremely disappointing.
However the room was clean, lovely temperature and bigger than expected.
The pool area exceeded expectations.

The hotel is very conveniently situated just off the A14-we used it as a base when going to the motoGP at Silverstone. The team were very helpful in sending us a diagram of where to park our car and trailer so that we could load/unload our bikes easily and out of the way of the main parking areas. The rooms were well appointed and the dining was OK. The waiting team and bar staff were very attentive.

We were at a wedding reception and stayed the night at the hotel. The whole experience was very positive, check in was fuss free and we were given clear information and made welcome. The public areas are pleasing with multiple places to relax quietly or with others. The bedroom was nicely decorated and had everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The reception was well executed, good food, great disco, and comfortable chairs.

Disappointed! I came with my girls for a fun weekend but instead of it being relaxing it started off being very stressful. I was told there would be a disabled parking spot reserved for me. It wasn't. But a staff member found a nearer parking space. I then started to check in only to be told my room hadn't been paid for and that I would have to pay for the room. I should have just gone home. A friend helped and put my room on her credit card and i paid her back.My room was beautiful but I had to call reception 3 times before they answered and i had to request for the air con to be turned on. It was a very hot summers day. The room was lovely and the bed wasn't bad but the stress triggered a flare up of my chronic illnesses and something I am still dealing with. I was told I had a reservation at the hotel dining room. No reservation was made and that they would have to accommodate us. My dinner wasn't anything special and being vegetarian i didn't have much choice. The corn ribs where ok and the burrito and tomato salad. Had an odd taste so didn't eat it. The restaurant was busy and it took time for the food to come out. Kimberley and Leanne where hilarious and a shining example of how service should be done. I decided not to stay another night as I was feeling very unwell. It was a very disappointing 24 hours.

Nice enough. Clean. Great if you want a spa, and great access to Kettering. Rooms are nice. Air con pretty poor. Bathrooms not great for those over 5ft 6". Which we all are.
Breakfast is poor. Honestly. The Marriott a junction up is superior.

We stayed for 3 nights in July with our dog. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff saw to our every need.
The food was good but the dinners were a bit weird - my katsu curry the first night was served in a hot tiered contraption with no heat proof glove for me to serve it so I ended up with curry sauce all over my napkin. My Buddha bowl the next night, ordered off the dinner menu, was a snack sized portion. Just because I want to be healthy I still want a full sized meal. Desserts were good and breakfast was good. The dog friendly room was wheelchair accessible with a dog bed and bowl provided which was helpful. The air-conditioning was good too as it was really hot weather. There was no road noise from the motorway. But also no other restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get a chance to use the spa unfortunately but the pool looked good.

We had a fantastic experience at Kettering Park and Spa Hotel for my friends wedding last weekend.
The stand out for us was our experience with the staff on site. Absolutely brilliant customer service with a fun but professional approach. Alice served us for our evening meal and was extremely helpful whilst Poppy made us feel at ease answering questions we had at Breakfast in the morning.
Whilst my questions meant they had to think on their feet, Alice and Poppy passed with flying colours helping to make our lives that bit more enjoyable during our stay at the hotel.
The spa is clean and well maintained with a good variety of options for treatments.
The rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of hot and cold options.
Definitely would visit again, thanks for a great stay!

A lovely hotel with great facilities. I had my 40th birthday party here and the hotel even left a bottle of beer, birthday card and 40th balloon in the room, which was a lovely touch. Very happy with the staff who were very welcoming, helpful and polite. My only concern was the pricing; whilst my room including breakfast and spa/pool/gym access was only £125, I paid for my party to be catered by the hotel. The buffet rate was £24/person and whilst the majority of the food was good quality, there wasn't much, considering I had paid for 40 guests (close to £1000) and this did fall below expectations. Food was gone very quickly and no more was provided. A total of about 8 serving dishes, so also lost points on variety. 1 saving grace was I had informed them that I had 1 vegan guest and they did provide a plate just for their dietary preference.
