Fantastic service. Called and made a booking for the same day, we arrived and were shown to our table straight away.

We checked online and said we didnt need to make a reservation however that wasnt correct. They very kindly checked and managed to sqeeze us in. Very good service, very fast. Portions a bit small for me personally. Will be going again, just wont have what i had previously. Try something new

What a fabulous place. Took a friend there for tea and cake and found the cafe to be an amazing relaxing and comfortable area, with armchairs and sofas arranged in amongst quirky handmade items for sale. The selection of cakes was good, as was the food menu. Slightly more expensive than other venues but well worth it for the ambience. Around a corner are more traditional tables and chairs, leading to a bright and airy restaurant area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful staff. All in a countryside setting. An absolute gem.

We visited just before closing so that may gave affected our experience, however I did not find what I expected from the name. I expected a shop with dairy products and a cafe.
The cafe was there snd the offerings were tasty but no locsl produce of any kind as far as I could detect. Lots if nice Christmas decorations but I was expecting something quite different.

It's been a number of years since I've visited and I was impressed with the changes they had made. The food was fantastic too. My mum, wife and little boy loved it.
