Visited yesterday had Sunday lunch very nice, service good but was expecting an exceptional Sunday roast the beef was very good but not worth £23.99 very watery gravy had better at a cheaper price, but had breakfast many times and have thoroughly enjoyed it

It was a wonderful lunch. Great place to eat. Busy, advise book beforehand. Service prompt, and helpful, lovely choice of gateaux for deserts. Lovely farm surroundings and freshly grown produce. Farm shop also.

Very nice. The food was good but very expensive. Ate lunch was cleaned up around us, and we never was asked if we wanted sweet or another drink. Think they wanted rid of us.

My 1st visit and got to say what a pleasant surprise the food was to die for we had the steak and ale and stilton pie .
We will definitely be coming back even though it's a 2 hour drive from Grimsby.

Good range of lunch options, very tasty food, friendly staff and lush desserts/cakes... which you can take away if you're too full for them at the time! 😁 Not cheap, but I'd prefer to pay a little more for lovely food than pay less but be disappointed.

I always have a lovely time when I go here whether it’s for a birthday lunch with a friend or afternoon tea. Great atmosphere in a rural setting with lots of interesting art and craft work for sale - perfect for finding that perfect present!
