THE BAD BOY CIDER COMPANY.
Deliberately Cloudy Single Variety Artisan Craft Cider.
Shawn Baker of Bad Boy Cider says 'I wanted to create my own craft cider, Bad Boy Cider has our personal touch and is deliberately cloudy using “Dabinett” apples, these are one of the most versatile cider apples from Herefordshire, also no wine yeast is used in the production. This takes a little more time but gives the result a craft cider maker wants'.
Shawn and his family were destined to make some really good single variety craft ciders.
