I have had a fear of spiders for as long as I can remember but recently finding a huge spider in my hair nearly sent me over the edge. The following week I met Andy at Saffron Walden. This is a fantastic experience in giving confidence, motivation and skills. I feel so much better able to deal with situations that were always difficult. I would recommend if you want to learn martial arts and grow your confidence give AGʼs a try.

I havanʼt been to Andyʼs martial arts centre in Kettering for a lesson yet, but I have seen him give self defence courses and presentations and they have been great because they were very helpful and fun! I believe if you want to learn martial arts in kettering you should try this one.
