If it wasn’t for Charlotte and Body Stress Release I might still be a physical wreck. Having had a serious work accident where I wrenched my back so badly I was left on the floor in agony and then having our doctor say all he could do is give me heavy duty pain killers I didn’t know where to turn. Until I remembered meeting Charlotte at a business network breakfast where other people were very complimentary saying how much she had helped them. I booked a rapid appointment and treatment began, after three sessions I felt much better but still not right then the fourth session of BSR completely fixed me and not just the bad back, Charlotte gave loads of advice to help me stay healthy in future. Now it’s a maintenance visit from time to time to make sure the back never goes like that again.

The breakfast meetings have a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of help and support going on between regular attendees and visitors alike the default setting seems to be “how can I help you”. At the end of the meetings there is a chance to say “thank you” around the table which tells you that business is happening.
