Been here many times but never at this time of year. Was not at all busy mainly due to cold and covid so was kinda nice as there was no crowds and you were not trying to fight people to get good views in certain areas. We saw santa, the wait was not long at all and was free. If you wanted the pictures you had to do them at one of the gift shops and select the picture and you could make a frame or a xmas ball and so on. My son had a great time seeing the animals and playing. Good for all the family. Although cold it was a good day out and looks amazing with the tree and all the xmas lights once its dark.

Amazing place to go, something for everyone. It has excellent play parks and is a brilliant place to go in general. The animals and enclosures are fantastic.

SO pleased with our latest visit.<br>We came to meet Santa on Sunday & I was floored by how wonderful the park was.<br><br>At no extra cost we were able to meet santa and even get a toy!<br>The staff are always polite and kind, the park is clean and the animals always fill my heart with love.<br><br>Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to the park and I was certainly not disappointed. It was amazing, I took part in the big cat feed and it is was one of the best experiences ever! I chose to feed the lions and it was amazing, not many people can say they have fed three lions by hand! An experience that will stay with me forever, you get up so close to them and learn about them to, the keeper I had was Hannah and she was brilliant - so friendly and knowledgable as well. You can tell how well looked after all the animals are at the park. There is a great variety of animals to see too.

Wonderful day out, animals well looked after and park very good. Bird show and the girl in charge today 1pm was very good. Enthusiastic and knowledgable and a credit to the park. The only fly in the ointment was the cafe which kept a queue with children waiting over 15 mins with what might have been a problem with the till, but looked more as though they had no idea what was going on. For food would recommend the Woodman less than 3 mins from the park.

Great family day out. Whilst weather was poor, there was still plenty to do indoors / outdoors. For our young children (9,8,6) they loved it. Have seen some other Dinosaur exhibits which were a bit pants, this one actually has proper animatronics so makes a big difference. We all loved that. Keen to go again in the summer.

We went for a family day out and it was worth every penny. there is so much to do. the soft play proved to be very popular. The lions were awesome. Highly recommended

this park is simply amazing!! you can get in free with your kids if they have a blue peter badge. its full of really epic animals. i put a coin in a donation pot, was very fun. you can do different things like see a penguin being fed. when i went it was all underconstrctionbut its gonnna look cool when its donw.

Really lovely zoo. They have done some huge improvements since the last time i was there are they are still working on more now! Will definitely be going back in summer 2022 when it's all done!

I took my Son and Daughter, and their partners and children, for a family day yesterday and we had an amazing day apart from being bitterly cold. The children got to see Santa, and what a wonderful Santa he was and it was all done extremely safely. The animals were amazing as always and the children loved seeing the little Meercats under their heat lamps and watching the Tigers being fed was something else.<br>The park looked very festive too.<br>All in all a thoroughly brilliant day and would recommend to anyone. Look forward to our next visit when hopefully it will be warmer 😀
