We have been wanting to visit the zoo since Covid and after watching One, Zoo, Three. What a fabulous place it is and all the animals we saw looked so happy and entertained!
The park had a really great feel to it and our children had the most wonderful day! My girls got to meet Tyler and Aaron, which literally made their visit even more enjoyable. They were so lovely, stopped to say hello and thanked us for coming. For a little girl who is only 7 she had the biggest smile and has told all her friends!!! Thanks so much for a very fun day!! We will definitely be back and can’t wait for the new series of your show!

This is one of the best wildlife parks I have been to. My kids loved it. The play area / play grounds were large varied and fun for the kids. The dinosaur world area was looking very cool and the way they moved and made sounds made them very realistic...There's a wild range of animals that can be visibly seen from their enclosures.
There were alot of animals and alot to do for the day, like play areas, mini golf and more. So I highly recommend this Park.
Only drawback was the waterpark was very busy and not controlled so alot of older big children crowded out the area.

Buy a season ticket for the kids, its ggrrrrrreat. love it +

My only reservation is you can only use card or phone( cup tea) So take your own drinks.

Lovely wildlife park, beautiful animals , loved watching the bears and big cats . Most of the animals have great enclosures and there are great viewing areas including lots of cafes where you can have a drink and still watch then animals . I thought the zebras could have a bigger enclosure and some of the animals are on their own , which Maybe for a good reason , but not sure.
The dinasours area is also very good, my granddaughter loved it.

Was a good day and the kids enjoyed it. However, I don't think it was worth the £90 we paid for 2 adults and 2 children. You then had to pay £2 from the train rude through the dinasaour park, which was not a capable given the cost to get in. I also thought the larger animals were in very small enclosures but looked well fed and clean. Overall a good day and I think the water park should be controlled on numbers going in perhaps for hour sessions, it was excessively busy.

Excellent day out with the family. The dinosaur trail was very well done. The kids and adults loved it. Great to see all the other 'real' animals too. Food outlets were well priced. All in all a fab day.

This is a lovely park , but the only thing I found was it was not all wheelchair friendly, pushing my 14 year old grandson who is a big boy , was hard and not everything was easy to get to , there was a few steps like near the penguins there is a slight step we had to ask some other guests to help to get over it there were couple more just makes it very hard work ,but we did enjoy our day and will come back

Nicest zoo I've been to in the UK bar none. Used to be Marwell and Whipsnade but this is a cut apart. Beautifully designed space, plenty of seating, food and amenities throughout the park. Each area was wonderfully themed, painted and decorated which really makes the experience more immersive and enjoyable than plain old cages. Got to see almost all the main animals and the dinosaur park alone is worth the trip - amazing scale and quality. It's a full day out - there are kids play areas, a mini water play spot and lots of places to rest and relax. I got the family an annual pass and will be making full use of it as they've got events right through halloweeen, Christmas and more.

Had an amazing evening experience with family. We'd been many times before for the day and decided to try the Summer Evening Event. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was buzzing for children and adults. There was something for everyone. It was lovely to see the animals at that time of the evening. The swimming pool area was really inviting but understandably closed at 5pm. We arrived at 6.20pm and didn't wait long at all to go in. There was music and entertainment. Pimms or Prosecco for £5 a glass went down a treat. Can't wait to go again. Definitely book online before you go.
