The 6 of us went here at the weekend. Got lucky with the weather. Arrived early and nice and quiet. Park has been developed since our trip a year ago. Lots of improvement going on. Loved our day out here. Lots to see and do. Boys of 3 and 4 walked it all with some rests. Great coffee watching the Tigers from the restaurant. Nice train ride (£1 each), and day finished with some fun with the magician and balloon man, which the boys really enjoyed. Will definitely return. Great family day out

Paradise Wildlife park is absolutely brilliant for the whole family. It gives people a chance to see animals they probably never would be able to see otherwise. You are able to get up close and really see what they are about. The learning aspect by the park is brilliant, they keep the children fully entertained and enthralled.
The food and drink side of things are good value for money too and the service is spot on. It's worth a visit

A good day out but far too expensive and some of the enclosure's for the big cats are far too small.

This place is amazing, I cannot overstate how great this park is. We have been several times over the years, their Animal Experiences are the best things ever! We have had the opportunity to hand-feed lions, meerkats and red pandas, and each experience has been absolutely brilliant. The staff are genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable, and really love the animals and their jobs. If you are an animal lover and want a once in a lifetime chance to get up close to these wonderful creatures, then Paradise Wildlife Park is the perfect place to do it. The park itself is well laid out, the whole place is walkable in half a day, and the canopy walkway around the big cat enclosures give you great views and photo ops. I would thoroughly recommend visiting and supporting the great conservation work being done here.

Great place to bring your kids. If they are not completely tuckered out by the time you leave, you have been at the right place. My 3 year old boy absolutely enjoyed himself.

Interesting to see and read about the history of speedway with lots of artifacts and memorabilia through the ages - lots to take in as a very interesting collection.

Lots of animals to see and take photos of. The personnel know lots about the animals that they are looking after. Great to have the higher viewing platforms to see into the enclosures so you have more chance to see the animals as they rest under trees such as the wolves and big cats.

It was great to read all about the conservation and breeding programmes that the zoo is involved in to help keep these species of animals alive for more people to see and to try and release them into the wild.

There is new enclosures being built as they try and provide excellent care for the animals - good to see a range of different owls in addition to parrots and other birds.

The day got even better - Brilliant and awesome opportunity to see behind the scenes and to get up close and personal with a Big Cat - had a choice of cat to feed and the keeper was very knowledgeable about the animal - highly recommended for all to do - nothing to be scared of as they are very gentle. What a great present to have!!

Visited here for the first time with 21 month old toddler and what a wonderful time he had, so many things to climb on and to ride. The wildlife section was accessible for buggies and the walkways meant that the animals were visible. Soft play at the end of the day in the cafe made his day. Wish it had been warm enough to visit the lagoon. 3 generations loved it.

Had a lovely day with our grandaughter who is just under 2 ,she had the time of her life going from animals to play things she was entertained the whole day ,finally finishing off in the paddling pool which she really loved we are lucky as we live nearby so will definitely be coming back .
The only downside was the food we purchased in the restaurant but in future we would bring a picnic as the picnic areas are more than adequate

Peter and his family have resurrected Broxbourne Zoo, as it was in the 70's, and turned it into an amazing home for a wide diversity of animals that are cared for and loved so much.

A delightful day out

We hired the Tjger Tree Tops room for my husband's birthday party and were amazed to find the room decorated and beautifully arranged. The food was very generous, with something for everyone and nothing seemed too much trouble for the smiling staff. From the guy in the car park, the ladies serving in the souvenir shop to the catering manager, all seemed happy in their work and were polite and courteous.

Ian, the tiger keeper , gave us a short but very informative talk on the tigers which started our day well. The enthusiasm the staff has for their animals is wonderful - and it is clear to see that the animals welfare is paramount.

The tiger feeding experience is one my husband will never forget, so all in all a super place for a special celebration.

Everything I discussed about the dietary requirements was met and I would like to thank the catering manager, James, and the really lovely Fanoulla for looking after us all. Nobody could have done more.
If you are looking for somewhere for a special celebration, give them a ring. I am confident you will not be disappointed.

Really lovely place. The staff in the shop were a bit rude (cash only at the end of the day), but it won't affect a great visit.

It was a fine Saturday afternoon, there was plenty for the family to see. Lots of interesting talks, feeds and pictorial information. The young ones loved the farm animals, the White Lion, the Gibbons and the Meerkats. The parks with the slides and swings, the bounces castle. They were totally shattered at the end of the day. It is not a cheap day out, however it a great day out.

Two adults and a three year old cost £45 online.
When we got there we had to park across the road even though there was plenty of spaces inside.
Once your inside everything then costs you more money!! £1 a go for this and that how can you say no to your little ones when your on a lovely day out.
Lots of stuff wasn't available to use or just wasn't there.
I felt sorry for some of the animals their runs were not big enough for my dog so how can they be big enough for them.
Could be a fantastic day out if you have £100 to spare, and that's just for 3 and we took our own picnic.

Lovely place, not to big to get round. We were a party of 6 with 3 disabled people, and it's not often that places cater so well for the disabled. There are aren't any enclosures that you can't get to see, even the high areas. Also great value for money. I would recommend this place to everyone, a great family day out. Even more so if you love the big cats. A party of 6 (3 disabled) was only £49.50. You can take your own food in , but not allowed inside, which was a pain as it wasn't warm, but there was covered areas, would have been a better idea to have patio heaters.
