We have just visited the park! Even though raining we received the most amazing customer service from your staff! While waiting for the train in the pouring rain our 4 year old son decided to start a conversation with the very lovely lady taking tickets for the train I didn't catch her name but was told by Tom ( also lovely) that her name was Antoinette??! She stood and spoke and played along with my son's imagination ( as I'm sure she doesn't really live with the dinasour "Vinny" on disembarking the train she was waiting with " Vinny"for my kids to see! I can honestly say it made their trip! Thank you lovely lady xxx

6 of us including grand parents, a teenager, 8yr boy visited during Easter holiday on Saturday. Not too busy.
Enjoyed all areas of the park.
Recommend taking packed lunch as foods are expensive. A cup of tea £2.50, an ice cream £2.50.
A short train ride around the dinosaur area is £2/pp.

We visited Wednesday with my 3 year old granddaughter. Despite the drizzle, we had a great day. Lots to do, dinosaurs were impressive and my granddaughter loved them. Animals looked happy and children were able to get close enough to look properly. The adults also enjoyed the day. In my opinion, the one downside was lack of food choices, on a sunny day it would have been ok. Also, my granddaughter didn’t like the soft play area as it was quite noisy - inevitable with families avoiding the rain showers.
We will definitely visit again.

Great family day out, plenty to see and do. Son especially like the dinosaur park and dinosaur shop. Gift shop though was some what disappointing, alot of overpriced bits and bobs. Plenty of food places, but also plenty of picnic areas if you take your own food. Lots of different animals to see, clean and tidy, animals well kept and looked after. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Even though Paradise Wildlife Park is about half the size of Whipsnade or Chester zoos, there is a lot to see and do. And lots of entertainment for young children, including performers, slides and play areas. The design of the enclosures enables you to get up close to the big cats and other animals. And the shuttle bus from Broxbourne station (£3 return) means the zoo is really easy to visit by public transport. Entry costs £21 for adults but there are family deals and annual membership packages available.
