First time here in years and we were impressed with the improvements they have made across the park. Proper investment well run and the animals look healthy and in the main happy. Only didn't give 5 stars as we missed many animals as they were indoors or sleeping...harsh but fair....

One of our favourite places to go. Animals always look happy to see people and my children love seeing the boys from One Zoo Three

Great day with my two children. Has to be my favourite zoo. Liked the thought that they do lots for charities and conservations around the world. Highlight was bumping into Aaron off the tv show. He was very kind and stopped for a chat. Made my kids’ day!

Had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours here during May half term. Yes it’s small, but the enclosures look well kept with huge glass windows to view the animals and the layout is an easy walk. Restaurant, shop, toilet facilities and car parking were all very good too. However the real highlight was the ā€œworld of dinosaursā€ walkthrough which was full of huge noisy animatronic dinosaurs. If you have a young child mad on dinosaurs, this would be something of a dream come true! My only negative point would be having to pay an additional Ā£2 each to ride the little train. Seems a bit mean not to include this in the price of the ticket, especially as it cost me around Ā£50 just to get in.

Nice day out, but no ice though on a very hot day! Bizarre maggot like crawlies hanging down as youre walking through which wasnt pleasant, terrible food.

Great day out but incredibly expensive for everything!!! Cans of water ensure that you have to keep buying rather than being able to hold on to one if you like me are stupid enough not to bring any and card only policy apparently left over from Covid meant that my daughter left disappointed as she was unable to spend her birthday money. Great animals and really good day but they really need to think more about their customers rather than their own convenience.

A wonderful zoo and the addition of panda and bear section was great! Really great place, would be worth a yearly pass with so much to do. Staff all friendly and facilities throughout well signposted.

Great little zoo for the kids. Splash park, dinosaur park and the lion and lionesses, tiger really got the kids going wow! It's not too big and doesn't have all the wild animals that's kids tend to look out for - elephant, giraffes, hippos etc. lots of coffee cafes and ice creams to enjoy. Parking on site is free.

Went yesterday (25/5/24) for the first time. 4 kids and 2 adults and we had the best time. The whole place is really amazing, not as many animals as other zoos but you can see all the animals without a problem, it wasn’t heaving with people and some parts were really quiet and very serene. All in all it was a cracking day out and there is lots to do for all ages. Will definitely be going again and was definitely worth the hour and half trip to get there.

We went today with three 5 year olds ,
They absolutely loved it ,
The park is really lovely and well looked after , the animals look good too .
The beach area was a great way to cool off ( don’t forget your towels , we did )
The only negative is it was a hot day and very busy , there isn’t much shaded areas to sit and eat lunch . Lots of picnic tables in the park but they don’t have parasols .
We would definitely come again .

Absolutely wonderful day out. There is so much to do that we spent the whole day and still need to go back as we didn't cover it all

Love this zoo, always clean and the animals look cared for. I would advise arriving early as car parking can be an issue after a certain time. There is an overflow carpark, but it is crossing a large fast road. Loads of stands or places to eat, but having a family of 5 - it gets expensive, so would advise packing a lunch and maybe getting an ice cream as a treat. A couple of play areas, soft play and a little splash park as well which means you could really spend the entire day there 😊 we go a couple of times a year and it's a family favourite at the moment x
