Having taken my 6 year old foster child for the day I found that there are not enough disabled toilets around the site. Some of the animals could not be readily seen for a child in a wheelchair as some of the viewing Windows are to high for him to see from his chair.
The children's play area with in-store restaurant has a child changing area with 2 toilet cubicles being used by adults and children at the same time giving no privacy.
Some of the walking areas between exhibits are not easily accessible for a wheelchair. The dinosaurs exhibits are fantastic and made his day.

I spent a full day here with my very active 4 yo.

One half of the park is dedicated to wildlife especially big cats including the more unusual like Snow Leopards and White Tigers. The other half is dedicated to a large outdoor play area of various types (even including a small dedicated disabled play area), a small splash park and the Dinosaur walk (some with excellent animatronics and sound effects). There’s also a good sized indoor soft play for the days when you might need to shelter from the weather for a while.

The perfect place if your child is into dinosaurs and big cats, or just likes running, climbing and splashing!

Just awesome! If you live in North London you need to visit. We have been a couple of times and spent most of the day there. There are many activities for the kids and education about all the animals. Well worth the money. As a tip sometimes they do offers on tickets at Groupon. Enjoy.

I visited with my 2 daughter's aged 9 and 11. I was a bit sceptical as it was a freezing cold Sunday morning. I needn't have worried, we arrived just after 9.30and didn't leave until after 4. The dinosaurs were amazing and we went round there 3 times. Especially the t reg with the jeep in font of him you can sit in while he roars at you. We all love the big cats and got to see most of them close up. We fed the alpacas, goats and sheep with the £1 bags of food we purchased. We ate at the safari diner and thought it was quite reasonable £18 for the 3 of us. Plenty of play areas for the kids including an indoor soft play. All in all a great day out and somewhere well definitely be visiting again

My husband booked me a rainforest and sloth experience as a Christmas present- we had a great day wandering around all the other enclosures first and watching some of the other animal feeding sessions.
Lucy who led us through our experience was super nice and really knowledgeable - teaching us all about the armadillo and monkeys in the same enclosure as the sloths which was a great bonus. Being able to get up close and hand feed the animals was a really special experience - definitely recommend a visit here!

Kids had a brilliant day, albeit rather cold in January! We haven't been here for a while and were pleased with the updates going on, shame there weren't more shows and drink huts available at this time of year. The dinosaur area is amazing and well worth the visit, I just don't understand why after all these years you still have to pay extra to go on the train...why can't it be included in the admission cost??? Most other places you visit have the small train included in the price. Other than this, a good day out.
