Really enjoyed it, however think the enclosures are far to small for the animals.

Really good day out, BUT bring your own food because its of really cheap, of poor quality and choice (fish fingers, cold prepackaged sandwiches, chips, onion rings, lots of fizzy drinks, etc.).

I can’t believe they don’t try to make an effort to make more money by offering freshly made sandwiches, a salad bar or even pasta

Good if ur of the orange Essex type. The cages are to small for the big cats they are trying to make them better. The dinosaur walk is great but dont bother with the train it cost £2 each and really and i mean really isnt worth it at all.

I visited here with my granddaughter who is 4 .
The dinosaur area was nice touch , the park area is good fun and generally it’s a nice day out .

I was a little upset by the size of the enclosures for the bigger animals , but there were building work going on so hope this gets addressed , a little oversized , but a nice day out

Had a really lovely day, impressed with the amount of animals. They are well looked after, they are making bug improvements there too. Lots of places to sit and eat, staff informative and friendly. Well worth a visit

Fantastic place to go for a child’s birthday. W3nt with my two grandsons age 2 and 4 and 14 of his friends, ages between 6 months and 5. Had lunch in the restaurant and set out on a long table with dinosaurs cups and napkins. Staff fantastic and couldn’t be Moore helpful. James for the tables being saved for us and a great big thank you to Elizabeth😘for really looking after us, great employee a credit to your park.

Very impressed with the whole park although I’d preferred bigger enclosure for the Cheetah, the life size dinosaurs were really impressive, as were the wolf’s we did not visit the speedway exhibition.

Lovely park with lots to see. We visited in winter so they were doing a lot of work for the new white lion enclosure and a few animals were closed off which was the only down side. Food in the restaurant was really good too not your average cheap stuff!

Really good experience for all within close proximity to London. Decent pricing, loads of healthy animals and amazing staff. Convenience facilities well located across the park and a surprise reflection room near the entrance for those who need it.

We had a wonderful day here. We took mum age 90 and borrowed a wheelchair from a friend so it was a new experience for us.
We parked in a disabled spot which was right near the entrance, so that made the start of our day easy.
You are allowed 2 for one price wise with a carer and it’s cheaper if you purchase your tickets online .
There are disable toilets which are shared with baby changing facilities so be prepared to wait.
Getting back to the zoo the animals all looked so well groomed and well looked after so it was a pleasure to watch them.
They do so much for conservation of these wonderful animal here and abroad. That donations are welcomed and used wisely.
Staff were fantastic and helpful and mum loved her day out here.
You can get to the tree tops cafe via a ramp and observe the tigers
We went on the train through dinosaurs land which was brilliant, we saw the wolves. Fed the animals and saw the most gorgeous meerkats. White lions and camels and many more animals .
A fantastic day out and would recommend this zoo to visit for all ages.

I've been before and it was good....only reason this time I've given it a 3 stars is because it was under construction at the time of visit and the wolves where hiding, the tiger was at the vets, and their gift shop is very over priced
