The 'Dino's after dark' was a fun night out for myself, sister and nephew. All of the dinosaur animatronics were lit up and some had glowing eyes which was a neat touch.
Social distancing was a joke, no one kept their distance. Kids charging about everywhere and parents and prams blocking one way walk ways. No staff around to control this properly.
The 'meet and greet Blue' feature attraction was just a person in a costume. We were expecting animatronics for the price we paid.
Overall a fun night out for young children, could have been better managed in terms of current pandemic, but a nice night.

We visitor today after only being able to book a 1pm, we was worried we wouldn’t fit everything in but thankfully we did. We parked in the overflow car park but could see a lot of free spaces in the main one on arrival. There are hand sanitising stations all around, and lots of portaloos around the park, a one way system is in place but sadly some of thevisitors read the signs and choose to ignore them, and in some enclosed viewing areas people wasn’t socially distancing or not wearing masks when they clearly had some available. The new pride lands is lovely, we loved seeing Moto up so close. The park was busy but thankfully you can social distance, however the children’s slide area near the kiosk was very busy. We loved seeing all the animals, even though it was raining we was still lucky enough to see them. Really excited to see the Moon Bears in 2021. Overall we had a lovely day.

It is our first time here and it didnt disappoint. We went to Dino in the Dark and the kids (8 & 6 year-olds) really enjoyed meeting T-rex, seeing moving dinosaurs along trail and playing crazy golf. Well signposted for Covid too. Would recommend

Great family day out, good value, the new tiger enclosure is brilliant , plenty to see, and the dinasour trail is very exciting for the kids.

wanted to commend all the staff and operations on their management with the current covid situation. one ways actually work better than before. everything still very natural and easy for all the kids to enjoy. sanitisers everywhere for your convenience. all staff friendly! well done all of you! cant wait to come back

Small cafe venues open for basic needs in food and drink.toilets clean plenty of * gell stations *
As for dinos well lit very moody grandson and by what i saw all other kiddies had a wonderfull time

A phenomenal wildlife park where it is clear that the welfare of animals and conservation is held in the absolute highest regard.
A really warm and welcoming environment, great customer service and very safe in the current climate with clear routes to follow and sanitisation stations.
Definitely a family favourite!

Fantastic family day out. Our son was so excited to visit after watching 'One Zoo Three' and he wasn't disappointed. Highlights were the dinosaur park and getting up close to the big cats!

We took our 3 grandchildren aged 4,7 and 9 today and they absolutely loved t as did we. Great mix with the dinosaurs and the zoo. Very reasonably priced and when we could not go on the date we originally booked due to self isolation they readily changed our dates. I would highly recommend this as a great day out.

My daughter recommended this park as an alternative to Colchester Zoo as it is smaller, we weren’t disappointed it was a fantastic place. They have a large collection of animals and I found the information on the placards next to the enclosures were easy to read and informative. Easy to find and plenty of free parking and reasonably priced ( apart from the food in the restaurant)

Fantastic day out. First time we had been since covid out break. Very clean throughout park. The toilets were regularly being cleaned by staff and staff we encounter with were very friendly. Plenty of hand stations to use which I saw in use by a lot of the visitors. Also people where making the effort to social distance and keep to one way systems and just made it such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys 😘

Just had a fantastic evening at dinos after dark-a special addition to the usual park activities and attractions
BUT ONLY OPEN for a few evenings I think during Halloween so book it quick
Lovely atmosphere bit spooky/Halloween theme and walking through the dinosaurs at night is something special

Came for wolf weekend and it was absolutely incredible, Rob was absolutely brilliant with the birds and telling us information about them. Well done. Best day!
