We visited the park after having seen a nighttime dinosaur trail walk through on Facebook and we weren’t disappointed. The timed entrance worked well and the park was park though busy never felt overly full and social distancing was easy. There was also lots of hand sanitiser available which meant that using the play areas (the busiest areas) felt safe!

The animal enclosures were generally good quality and the animals looked healthy and healthy. The dinosaur area was great fun. We spent a great 4 hours in the park and it was a good value day out!

I visited here yesterday with my sister and her two young children.
First impressions is that the park isn't as big as it looks on the map but fair enough!
The majority of the enclosures seemed well looked after and the animals looked happy.
We also enjoyed the dinosaur walk through part as well.
However there were some issues.
The park has created a one way system with some signage and floor stickers, however this isn't overly easy to follow and actually means you may miss out on a couple of areas. I think they need to make the one way system clearer and better signage in order to help with social distancing. Which leads me onto my next point.
While the park has implemented timed tickets they don't appear to have reduced capacity at all. The place was absolutely packed, something you would expect during summer holidays, but I would have thought with the ongoing pandemic that they would reduce numbers to help people adhere to distancing. There were multiple times where we did not feel comfortable at all and had to put our masks on.
Overall it was a good visit, we were there around 3 and a half hours but I really do think they need to reconsider their capacity, especially with a lot of children running around who don't do distancing!
It would be super useful to have a maximum capacity set for the indoor areas (reptile house etc) as these spaces were very cramped and didn't allow for distancing at all.

Absolutely amazing day there today for our son's 3rd birthday. He is a dinosaur fanatic and the dinosaur area was his idea of a dream! Absolutely brilliant. The rest of the park was also superb, there was something for every child's interest. It was also VERY easy to navigate your way around and though plenty to see and do it didnt feel like a maze or too huge! Totally family friendly also the gift shop wasnt a rip off as they usually are at these places. 10/10 from our entire family (6 adults, 3 kids)

Nice day out with current times. We need to support our local zoos!! We wore masks inside but noone else did (this was before mask rule came in) we had lovely picnic which we brought in as we arrived. love the red panda's n son wanted to see meercats and lions which we did. No social distancing at the kids park area so we avoided it, but we came for the zoo not a park so wasn't a problem. Nice level paths good for wheelchair users.

Visited here today,Park was very busy but due to the one way system , sanitizer dispensers everywhere and extra cleaning staff around all day we felt completely safe. Obviously you had the usual idiots about who took no notice of the social distance markers and one way system but what can you do !!! You can't teach ignorance it's inbred.Animals looked perfectly ok and active ,The animal experience we took was amazing and well worth the money ,We will certainly return.

Had an amazing day out with the family. This lark isn't too big, but they are currently working on another enclosure for Tigers which is due to open October 2020. You could probably see all the animals they've got at the moment in around 1 or 2 hours.

Really lovely place! We had such a lovely time here. The zoo is small but animals seem well cared for and we went round 3 times! Well worth going a few times.
The play areas went down very well with my children. Highly recommend this place!

Just come back after spending the day at Paradise Wildlife Park with my family. We were various age groups ranging from pensioners to grandchildren of 3 years old.

I had booked the big cat feed experience for my 65th birthday. It was absolutely brilliant and amazing. I hand fed “Moto”the male lion. Instruction from the keeper was good and clear and “Moto” was so gentle taking the meat from my hand. A wonderful experience to remember for always.

The rest of the park is good too. Dinosaur world is the best I’ve seen in the UK I can only compare it to Jurassic Park at Universal Studios in the USA.

Food was good and we the safety measures re Covid were brilliant. Hand washing, hand sanitisers and distancing were good and masks in shops mandatory too.

All in all a brilliant day helpful friendly staff and happy cared for animals and lots more.

I highly recommend everyone to visit.

We had a fantastic time at Paradise today. Our high light was seeing the red Pandas close up whilst being fed by their keeper.
Also, being really close to the gorgeous Meerkats, Camels and Tapurs.
We loved seeing all the animals at close range. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you. An excellent day.

Had a lovely day with my husband and 3 grandchildren. But I do think the train and crazy golf should be included in price.Which was a extra 20 pound to do it between us.Park was very clean and staff very polite.my husband was very happy to see footballer Jack Wiltshire there who let us have a photo with him .

Hadn't visited in about 15 years, and boy has it changed! I was really impressed with the range of things to see and do, with the dinosaur area standing out as superb. Was amazed to see the Snow Leopards too - what a surprise. Not only loads of animals to see, but a Speedway museum, mini Golf facility, train ride etc. Despite the Covid problems, Paradise Park can feel proud of the great effort they've made to work with the restrictions in a safe and sensible way. 10/10 folks - well done. I'll definitely be visiting again soon 🙂

They charge for 2/3 year olds yet they cant see anything unless lifted! The prices are a bit extreme compared to Colchester zoo! A lot was shut off at the time and still charged the same amount. Bit disappointed

1 way system made us miss some areas that were closed early and didn’t enable the kids to go back quickly to animals they liked. A lot of closed areas and refurbished areas. I wouldn’t recommend going to the zoo if your paying full price until all these restrictions are lifted.

I loved it here, smaller than many but packed with the good stuff! The dinosaurs were amazing no judgement at grown adults being on the train alone 😁 really nice feel and staff were lovely.
