I want to propose to my beautiful girlfriend and didn’t want a mass produced ring, I needed something personal and hoped to use the diamond from my late grandmother’s ring. I contacted Lance James and went in for a chat, they were brilliant, the amount of time and care spent was second to none. I picked up the engagement ring this week and it’s absolutely stunning….. hopefully she’s going to say yes! Jackie and the Lance James team are fantastic! So much more than many jewellery shops because they are all professional jewellers and craftsmen. They offer a beautiful range of jewellery for any occasion but can do so much more like taking an old fashioned or no longer loved piece, melt it down and create a fantastic piece just for you, and your design. They are always totally honest about what can and can't be done, very friendly, and I'd highly recommend to anyone as I've already recommended to many friends who also love Lance James!

Lance James are simply brilliant! My wedding is next month and they've been involved right from the start. My finance purchased my engagement ring from them, we've bought our wedding rings too, they've matched a pearl pendant and made pearl stud earrings for me, designed and made cuff links as present for my finance and earring for myself. I wouldn't dream of going to another jewelers. All of their jewelery is stunning and their customer service is superb!
