We have used Chapter 79 over the last few years for redesigning and recreating an existing engagement ring, cleaning wedding rings (highly recommend this as they looked brand new after this service) and helping me to design a ring from scratch for a big birthday. Jackie and Andy are responsive, friendly and patient! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them they are a delight to work with.

Really friendly and knowledgeable jewellers. They were able to fix a worn catch on a much loved watch which another jeweller could not do. I also had a battery fitted to an expensive watch. I felt I could trust them to look after my jewellery whilst in their care. Also have some lovely pieces in their shop at fair prices. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely brilliant service. I only needed a new watch battery but, being in Hertford today, I called in on the off chance they could replace this. Despite the fact their repair guy was not at work, the staff replaced the battery when another jeweller had said the watch needed to be sent away. They then texted me to say it was fixed and for a very reasonable price.<br>You should check them out and their highly recommended “gold service” 👍

Chapter79 team were extremely helpful, kind and sympathetic to my need.I designed a signet ring which included parts of my late wife’s engagement ring,I was told it was possible. Later I was called to see the finished article, it surpassed my expectations and brought tears to my eyes.I most certainly recommend them for any bespoke or other jewellery requirements. As for my magnificent new exquisite ring, I wear it now 24/7with pride and regularly sing my praises of that wonderful Chapter79 team. My eternal thanks to you all

The team at chapter 79 have always been brilliant to us. They have taken rough sketch ideas of what we’ve had in mind and turned them into beautiful hand made heirlooms. This ring started out as a spearhead shaped boulder opal pendant. The guys advised how to get the best out of the stone to show off its fire and best colours. They worked with me to hone a design that I absolutely loved that was as modern and timeless as I dared hope for What was so special about the process is that each member of the team had a hand in creating this wonderful piece. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are friendly, professional, knowledgable and above all extremely talented. Thank you so much guys. X

Came and spoke to Andy about designing a ring for my 21st and he was so helpful and gave me multiple quotes and designs so i could completely make it my own, i was also able to come and have a look at the stones so i chose exactly what i wanted. The final design matches exactly what i wanted in fact it’s better! thank you to all the team at Chapter79 i come to them for lots of different things and couldn’t recommend them enough! Beyond grateful to them for bringing the design to life and i can’t wait to wear the ring forever!

The whole team in Chapter 79 were amazing from start to finish.<br>We got our wedding rings here and even though they were standard rings and not part of the bespoke service every visit was a great experience.<br>I also had my engagement ring resized and polished with Chapter 79 and again flawless service.<br>We will be definitely shopping Chapter 79 again as they have become our favourite jewellers.

After purchasing an engagement ring from Chapter 79, there was nowhere else my now wife and I would have chosen for our wedding rings.<br><br>Given that our rings would be the main keepsake from our wedding, we knew that we wanted to take our time in choosing the right ones; we liked that the rings at Chapter 79 were more bespoke than the mass-produced rings at high street jewellers. Better yet, they weren’t extortionate prices either!<br><br>Jackie and Andy, and everyone else we encountered at Chapter 79, were polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I took a Tiffany necklace in as it just wasn't hanging correctly and would knot so easily. Jackie was superb she suggested a sympathetic design change. I was overjoyed when I collected it, the necklace is now perfect, alterations have really enhanced the design and the necklace is now perfect to wear. Thank you for bringing my necklace back to life.

I took an old half of a puzzle ring into Andy - my husband had lost the other half many years ago- and he said that he could re-create the ring from just one half! Turns out it was a little more complicated than he first thought, but he did a stunning job and my husband was completely thrilled with it on our 10th wedding anniversary. I honestly couldn't fault Chapter79 service, they were amazing, and the finished product is fantastic. Highly recommended!
