Using an easypod for longterm storage. Paid for the collection and it was a great service. Donnell and Gavin, what a fantastic team. Great professionals. The move was super smooth, the best I had in London since I came 12 years ago. They work fast, but with caution, not even a tiny scratch or mark on anything, on walls, furniture. Took good care of all boxes, furniture, suitcases, art pieces... They are also really nice and friendly. I will refer them to all my friends! Thank you both. Maria

We needed our pod returned to a storage unit close to home. It was easy to arrange, I was updated on the day with estimated time of arrival. The two man team, Vermell and Gavin were very efficient and helpful, even assisting me with the lock on the storage unit. Very happy with the service received and would recommend Easy storage.

But there is much more to Easy, who I not only consider to be industry leaders of storage solutions, but also a best friend, in their approach to customer service.
I say this, because I broke down minutes from the storage depot, with minutes to spare. In desperation, I called Easy. They came out and first fixed my insurmountable breakdown problem and then stored my items.
Tob_ turned my nightmare, into a dream I will never forget.

We have had a great experience with Easy Storage. We used them to store the contents of our flat while we were in between houses. The service was fantastic. We had Lenny and Samson both times and they went the extra mile to move all the heavy things as my wife is 8 months pregnant. A highly efficient experience and Lenny and Samson really went above and beyond.

Gavin and the team were amazing. They helped with getting my stuff from my former home to the storage and when I was ready to move into a new property, they made sure that the day I chose, even though not available, was made available against all odds. My stuff were neatly packed and nothing was scraped, scratched or damaged. I recommend easy storage to anyone looking for a smooth and excellent moving experience. Thanks once again Easy storage.
