I rang in the morning for information, it was 18:00 and I had still not got a reply when the adviser told me she would either email or call back, also once my furniture was taken to the storage place I had no confirmation of the location and or if they had received my goods. So far not happy with the service!

I struggled so much to find proper storage with good price.
When I found easystorage I contacted them and ask so many questions then booked with them.
The drivers were very helpful and kind, the helped me with everything and picked my stuff carefully.
The experience went very smoothly and I would really recommend them to everyone!

Have used easyStorage in the past and the collection service works for me. The price is competitive when compared to the warehouse storage options. The service this time, as other times, was very good. Bradly and Tariq were great and managed to get all my belongings into the storage pod. I'm very happy and would recommend to all.

Communication has been fantastic. The guys that turned up to collect my stuff were extremely friendly, polite, and efficient. They explained exactly what was happening and where my stuff was going to be stored.

First thing which made me click was the Easy brand, then the extremely easy price calculator- without entering your details so that you’re bombarded with calls and emails. Finally, the price was excellent and probably at least 40% cheaper than one of the nationals.
A big thing for me was the payments are calculated into a monthly payment. My last provider was four weekly, so some months we’re getting on for £900 so this totally ruined my cash flow.
The 3 gentleman who were collecting the contents from my units arrived before time, extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to Easy Storage.
Although I’d calculated I’d need 4 pods, they were able to safely pack everything into three, and within a couple of days I’d received a refund for the prepayment of the 4th pod and packing charge.
A company trying to save you money? Not too many of these around.
