Mo and Bradley who returned our pods were excellent. Could not fault. Friendly, understanding.
Customer service over the phone has always been good. Polite, real humans, get the sense they are doing their best. Hope this stays this way as EasyStorage gets more popular.
I had two pods returned, and paid congestion charge fees for each one, which leaves a bad taste, as they were on the same van. Return was not even in the CC zone, altho appreciate they may have needed to drive through it for speed. So that's why it's 4/5.
Update: EasyStorage were in touch as a result of this review and refunded one of the charges, many thanks to them for that, it was much appreciated.

Every interaction I have had with this company has impressed me. They are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The men who came to collect our items were fantastic. Professional, tidy, respectful, friendly and fast.
The pod system is really efficient and we were credited money back once it became apparent our stuff would fit in one pod instead of the two I had originally requested.

From the moment opening the Web page to seek storage options to the moment the pod was sealed in front of me, the team dealt with are courteous, patient, friendly, helpful and supportive. Easystorage was the best choice for us. We researched lots of options in London and this was the cheapest. The pick up seemed unnecessarily but trust me when I say, so worth it! It made the process so EASY and the guys - Tariq, Trevor and Bradley were great! They did everything so speedy, had their best methods and muscles to go with it 😁 what's even better, the van come with your Pod already in the van, so they literally just load your stuff and then seal it in front on you, ready to be stored in storage. We went with 35sq ft which was waay bigger then expected and it fit a lot!
Seriously we have been recommending it to everyone now! The staff on call was also really helpful and nice beforehand! It's an easy choice 😉

Our experience was fine. I’m leaving the three stars simply because the storage fees alone are so high. Some of the hidden fees were not fully explained to us on booking, such as added insurance.Make sure that you get a full costing before booking.
