My personal experience with easy storage was great! They gave me a courtesy call the day before my pickup just to reassure me that everything was still in place. They also called when they were 15 mins from my house so I could do some last min prep! My drivers were great, no hassle, no complaints, just got the job done. Really nice guys. Would use again!

their lorry broke down & they apologised the moment it broke down & fixed a new appointment when they told me it had broken down. (they offered to come when the lorry was fixed, but the street would have been too busy then for parking.)

Excellent 3-person team came to collect our belongings - polite, clear, friendly, hard-working and careful with our stuff. They even managed to pack our stuff into 3 crates rather than 4, and worked through the rain for it. Hopefully it'll all come out intact!

This was easy, blokes turned up and loaded the van, took it away and i didn't see it again until they delivered it back to me on an arranged date. However, like everything easy, make sure you read all the small print for the hidden charges. It looks like the easy and cheap option but may in the end turn out more expensive, especially if your final delivery destination is a long way away from the start.

The Glasgow easyStorage team are worth every penny! Alex, Paul, and Craig did my removal and, 9 months later, my return. The care really shows in the fact they remembered my removal! They take a lot of care to respect your property and possessions, patience to put everything how and where you want it, and always willing to help dismantle or reassemble your furniture and problem solve if you want them to, but they'll probably offer, they are just decent like that. They made moving a dream for me twice and they do it with huge positivity and good banter. Can't thank them or recommend them highly enough!!

I phoned and arranged to have items moved into storage the next day. Toran was most helpful on the phone in arranging everything. Prior to collection I received a half hour notice call and the collection guys were very helpful and professional. A great experience all round.
