The weather was awful and poor Jack and Stuart had to fight the wind and rain to load our possessions plus they had to negotiate outdoor stairs! They were both extremely friendly, polite and professional. We are very impressed with the service.

I mistakenly booked an earlier time slot than I had intended. I noticed on the day of the collection, but due to the short notice, I was unable to reschedule.
Mo and Bradley were absolutely fantastic when they came to collect my items. They were thoughtful, didn't put any pressure on me, assisted me, and waited while I finished packing the final few items. Again, I want to thank you both.

24 carat return service, they collected my daughter's belongings in July. Packed up a 2 bed house in a time sensitive situation.
Today they returned all her belongings, the guys were polite, hard working, a credit to this company. I will 100 per cent use them myself when I relocate.

Very good, due to issues with the van first thing they were delayed but kept me informed and checked if I needed to be anywhere later in the day.
Both Lenny and Godfrey were respectful towards me and the property, especially when confronted by a stubborn sofa.
