Navin, Suraj and Sunil did a great job yesterday collecting my things for storage. They were very polite, very fast and put me at ease. They arrived on time, letting me know they were on their way.

The team came on time, in fact earlier (which is very rare in this country!) and loaded our boxes and furnitures into pods very smoothly. For those who will be using more than 1 pod, I strongly suggest to have all your boxes in a good order (ie piling up by content etc) so as to allow you to easily track in which pod your boxes are stored.
I have not picked up my boxes yet so this is my feedback for easyStorage's collection service!

AMAZING! With 3 days notice, EasyStorage team brought my stored lots which included furnitures and other items of 3 bedrooms apartment and moved them to my new accomodation!

Due to misinformation I found I only had 3 days to prepare to move without accommodation to move to.
I tried a few numbers Saturday afternoon and got voicemail. I called easyStore. I was put through to Torin. Torin was confident they would be able help. He took some details of my order. I didn't have funds immediately and Torin came up with a workaround. In next to no time an impossible task was solved like trivia. I will update my review as I'm taken through my easyStorage experience.

The 2 loading men were really helpful. They did an exceptional job fitting in as much as possible in the storage pod. If there is such a thing as a Tetris tournament they should enter as I'm sure they would win! Everything went very smoothly and I would definately use them again.

This was an easy to use and comprehensive service with great guys working in the office and also on the trucks. It's a really friendly business and nothing is too much for them.
If I had one worry it would be that they held my card details on file until I scheduled the return. Being disabled and using one hand in a supermarket whilst trying to book a return this happened to be really handy for me. But I thought it wasn't legal anymore.
I'm definitely going to use it again because unlike usual storage it's a one stop shop. Great for short-term needs and even just to clear your mind for a bit. We had new flooring laid ourselves but also struggled with clutter. I will be using this to declutter my daughter's room next. Really easy and simple to book and rebook using links or the online service. No hidden costs.

Booking was easy, everyone was polite and the price is the best in the area. You can’t beat collection straight into the storage pod! Jamie was brilliant with collecting our things - really helpful and nice which made the hassle of moving out much smoother and more pleasant!

My personal experience with easy storage was great! They gave me a courtesy call the day before my pickup just to reassure me that everything was still in place. They also called when they were 15 mins from my house so I could do some last min prep! My drivers were great, no hassle, no complaints, just got the job done. Really nice guys. Would use again!
