I have been really impressed by the way that easyStorage are run. The whole process from booking to collection was really well run. Everyone I spoke to over the phone or the guys that came to collect (Andy, John & Jake) were very professional, efficient & friendly. Quite often these days customer service is a bit hit & miss but I found this company to be outstanding in every aspect. Another advantage of easystorage is that their prices are very competitive compared to the opposition. Storage/moving house can be a stressful experience but using this company made life a lot easier for me.

Wanting a convenient short-term storage space with no hassle while building work is finished at my house a friend recommended easyStorage. I'd not heard of them before but liked the idea that they picked up stored and returned rather than the rent a van man, get a storage unit option. Mehmet & Trevor arrived on time, were both efficient and charming and I can't recommend the service enough. It's hassle free and such a relief to get rid of all those boxes!

My first half of the the storage journey with Jeremy and Trevor was made incredibly easy and hassle free. They were in and out in a no time at all, courteous and really really helpful. They took great care of my treasured property. I am very grateful. So sorry I forgot to withdraw money to tip.

The whole process from booking to collection was handled very efficiently by all the staff I dealt with. The booking process was straightforward with good communication on the status of the booking and in answering the various questions that I had. On the day of collection, Andy and John were excellent and kept us to date with their arrival time. The items we had were efficiently loaded and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained very clearly and the whole process was handling very professionally. The whole experience was a very positive one.

What an amazing service. My 2 guys were very helpful, they had been delayed due to a previous load but kept me informed at all times. Everything was loaded in quick time and all my items were carried and moved with care. I would certainly recommend Easy Storage to my friends and would not hesitate to use them in the future

Really lovely and efficient guys and excellent flexibility and communication in the lead up to the collection. Got the job done in about 40 minutes or so and went and extra step to protect our furniture with covers etc 👍🏼

On the day, and at the designated time, the van turned up with three guys who went above and beyond to clear and pack up a 3 story house in no time.

Great service, had a pre-call to say when they would arrive and a few questions on parking / load / packing etc - all very polite and professional. On arrival very clear on the process and what needed to be done. Job was completed in 20 mins ( we had done the packing etc ) we had a bit of space left so asked if we needed to add anything else etc. Great job all round by Jeremy and Trevor!

Simple and easy to book online. Good communication, driver called on route with ETA, polite and all my Q’s answered. The packing into the crate was seamless and good care taken of my items at all times. A perfectly reliable and Easy, simple storage solution. I am particularly impressed with return of my PODs, both John and Clayton delivered on a Saturday early morning to suit my preferred timings. It was a rainy morning, both John and Clayton covered complete house with rugs to avoid foot arks and damage to the flooring and covered most of items whist delivering and made sure none of the items are wet.
We thoroughly recommend easyStorage for their professionalism, customer service, peace of mind and value for money.

Was definitely recommend to use for easy and efficient storage. The guys arrived when they said they would, and no stress when they had to battle to park the lorry on street parking.
Then they were quick to remove the goods, taking care to wrap items up if they needed extra protection.

My heart sank when the builder said that we would have to clear the downstairs of the house and I didn’t want to hire a van and shift sofas and fridges. EasyStorage seemed to be the answer to take the strain. I booked my slot, paid the fee they turned up and did the heavy lifting and whisked it all away in sealed containers in 50 mins. The return was today and it only took 15 mins to bring it all back. Mehmet and Chris were stars and were utterly professional yet friendly at the same time. Overall the price was fair. Thanks guys for a five star service. One word of advice: Saturday returns get booked up quickly and I just managed to select my date despite it being 14 days in advance. If I need to do this again, I would use EasyStorage without question.
