Overall very good and professional but the drivers arrived 2h earlier as there was a booking error. We managed to get all done on time but it caused a bit of unnecessary stress during a time of moving homes. Very polite customer service over the phone.

Our experience with Easy storage was brilliant, starting with the excellent customer service whilst we were enquiring and booking. The staff were very responsive and helpful over email and phone. We had a situation where we had to move out of our flat without a new property to move into and we decided to use easy storage as it worked out cheaper and much easier for us than paying a removal company to then take all our items to a storage centre we would of booked separately. It gave us peace of mind that our items were stored securely in the pods and the two unloaders were polite friendly and professional. We booked a return of our items and it took under an hour to load and unload so we didnt have to pay any extra. Highly recommend this service - it made the stress of moving much easier!

Delivery guys were quite patient and helpful in that they brought everything up five floors to my apartment. Only issue was that they had a lot of difficulty both finding my building and a place to park. I had to help them by guiding them on the phone and waving their truck down at the street. Lastly, they left without confirming that I had received everything or that they were finished so I had to look for myself to see whether they had already left.

So today was collection day. It started well, as the guys arrived about 25 minutes early. They were friendly, but a little damage was caused to my new paint work. An honest mistake, but it was because they weren't aware of the door space (which is wider than standard). Also they took a few attempts to load the furniture. It seemed they weren't fully experienced, or maybe because it was Saturday afternoon. It was loaded within the hour (just....). A lot of time wasted reloading a few times and forgetting I had booked 2 pods. So, all in all, OK. I'll update on the furnitures return next week.
UPDATE: Thank you for the prompt response. I look forward to receiving my stored items back on Saturday 19th September.
UPDATE 2: Today was delivery day. An excellent return service going above and beyond. Both easyStorage and the delivery team (Mokz and Dee) took my collection feedback seriously. It was the same team who collected and delivered. They came and acknowledged that I hadn't been initially impressed with the service. They went above and beyond to make me feel positive. The delivery didn't take long and they were very careful with my furniture and newly decorated (and new hard floors...) home.
Would I recommend easyStorage? Yes.
Would I use them again? Yes.
Why? Because they acknoledged and accepted feedback. Then provided and excellent service on their return.

Hi I highly recommended Easy Storage Graham looked after me and my Mother he went above and beyond my expectations a completely stress free experience all our furniture was covered in professional blankets then wrapped in heavy duty cling film then strapped into the pod Thank you and appreciated very much.

Good service, however payment management needs improvement. The company increased price in September and has applied it for customers already paid for service in August according old price. Addotional fee has been added to every month payment and initial invoice. It took my time to call to office and explaine that it shouldnt be like that and increased price cannot affect payments which have been done earlier. Mistake was corrected.

Was recommended this company by my mum as she’s recently used them, and her referral meant I got a discount too which was an added bonus. Sonia was brilliant to deal with, she was so personable and sorted everything for me, even at extremely short notice. Was paying 3.5x the amount per month with another company before going with easystorage, who came the following day and picked up the items up from my old storage company. Very easy to deal and kept up to date with timescales from the friendly on the ground staff. Would recommend to all, great company

Sonia could not have been more helpful she made the whole process so easy. The movers arrived 5 minutes before the allotted time where polite, professional and got my items packed in 40 minutes! The price and service is excellent value for money I have recommended them to my daughter and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else - simply brilliant at a really stressful time. Fast, easy, safe. The two delivery men were speedy and helpful. They did all the heavy lifting and were done within 15 minutes ( I had pre packed and didn’t have that much) : the pods were a really good size, only wish I had more stuff to store! I can only speak from the collection side of things but I would highly recommend. Hoping the re-delivery of my belongings is as smooth an experience. Thank you!
