Fantastic service. The guys call 30 min put to warn me, showed up and were fast and efficient in getting things into the pod. I even had a last minute panic about space on the day and the woman on the phone (Hailey) was fantastic, arranging a second pod to be sent in case and refunded if not used. It was a huge relief and unbelievable helpful at a stressful time. Made moving so damn easy, and price wise so competitive.

Very seemless operation. The movers arrived two hours early and were going to wait until my pick up time. However as I had everything packed up I asked them to start earlier, which they agreed to do. Quick move and easy handling of my items. I hope the delivery is just as easy! Already recommended to everyone I know!

A breeze from start to finish. The agents on the phone were great at finding the best solution for our moving and storage needs and really friendly and patient. On the day of the move the team packed and stored everything really quickly! The price was also excellent, far better than any other alternative we checked!

Credit where credit is due, the service we received today from Barry and Jude was outstanding. Efficient and respectful. Likewise, Sonia was helpful, going over and beyond to explain the service and book us in.

We’ll see how the storage and return process goes, but to this point, EasyStorage has impressed me—especially given the competitive pricing and ease of the return/collection model.

My overall experience was very good.

- Good price: one of the most important factors to decide.
- Flexibility: booked 2 pods, one was enough and the other was cancelled. Came with 3 pods in case 2 were not enough.
Offered weekly pricing in case I do not need a full month.
- Great care: I noticed the special care that John and his colleague showed when moving my stuff. Not a single item hit the walls, doors, etc.
- End to end service: insurance, storage, moving - all in one offer and no need to deal with all of them separately.
- Good operation: basically they don’t load-unload your stuff multiple times. They bring pods so that all your things go inside and stay there for the whole period of contract and you see how everything is stored.
- Efficient quote system: you can calculate online how many pods you need. Useful to have a ballpark figure on how many pods you may need.
- Call center: at the beginning it was a bit frustrating that I could not talk to them the same day I called. But the next day Sonya called and answered all my lengthy questions. It was very clear and reassuring.
Maybe it would have been better if there was an email contact option in addition to the phone, but phone worked OK too.

Overall, I think it is 5-star service.

Update on 11 July 2021 after storing our stuff for almost 6 months with easyStorage and returning our stuff back:
- Delivered smoothly and with great care. Even proposed to move some things to the first floor so that it is difficult for us to move it ourselves, despite we asked leaving all in ground floor - very considerate.
- All of our stuff was in great shape. It is clear that they were stored in good condition.
- It was easy to book the return 2 days ahead. System said the delivery address is beyond the coverage, but they quickly answered when I called and solved that immediately.
- At some point we visited the storage to get some stuff from the pod, was easy to book with 3 days notice.

All in all, I was a happy customer, and will definitely use easyStorage again if I ever need. Highly recommended.

I’ve been really impressed with their service! They called me to change slots well in advance (for reasons beyond their control, not a problem), and answered my questions about packing. I just got my stuff picked up today and was so impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. I just wish I’d know about easystorage ages ago! But I know them now, which is awesome. I’m hoping to move to a bigger flat in the next year or so, and apparently they can even send the items cross-country- super convenient!

Great efficient service. Our loaders are amazing

I’m really glad I chose this rather than traditional storage. I needed to move all of my belongings out of my flat by myself and this made is very easy with other people to do most of the carrying. They got it done in 20 minutes and were efficient and friendly.

The only negative is that I had to change my booking slot a few times as my plans changes, and as that isn’t possible to do online I had to keep calling up or book a second slot and call to cancel - which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Had to store a lot of my stuff as there was a delay in the purchase of my new flat. Tariq, Garry and Scott from EasyStorage were available to pick up in what was a quick and painless exercise so I had one less thing to worry about with minimal fuss. Would highly recommend them for storage and moving home solutions!

Quick and Efficient

Arrived a little late but they phoned and explained why and didn’t cause us any problems as they worked hard to get the whole house packed up into 3 pods in less than 2 hours. Will use again.

Really impressed with EasyStorage. Troy and Sam were amazing, both worked quickly and efficiently to load all my stuff. They even kindly dismantled my table which wouldn’t fit down the stairs. I was worried my stuff wouldn’t fit in a 35sqft unit but they did a great job of loading it and there was room to spare.
Much easier than when I have previously moved my own stuff into storage using a hired van. I would definitely use Easy Storage again.
