Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my pod so I am unable to comment on the storage experience. However, the cancellation process was straight-forward. I contacted customer service and they arranged a full refund, which I had back in my account within 2 days. Luckily I was in a position to give 5 days notice so I had no financial penalties.

This is the first time I have ever had to use a storage company and these are first class. I wouldn't ever use another company now. Turned up bang on time, really nice fella's and even when I made a mistake and left a few items behind I called them and they turned around and came back to get the items.

What a joy. Courtesy call the day before, a call exactly half an hour before arrival. The guys picked everything up, loaded it into the van effortlessly and even tried to get everything in one pod to save me money. Compared to other storage companies, this was a top notch service.

Disappointed with what happened. Instead of a storage box being loaded at the house, our stuff was taken away in a van to be loaded into a container at the depot. No inventory was made out, and our items was placed in a van already loaded with somebody else’s belongings. In the end the van was full, and because we could not tell how much volume had been used we were unable to send other boxes of items we wished to get out of the way during extension construction and decorating. The multiple handling could well result in damage to the rosewood furniture and the glass tops.
