A little bit late but never too late right?
I'm not a person who writes reviews, I generally don't give a damn. but this time I really felt the need to write a few lines for the service I received. absolutely fantastic. I was a bit worried about leaving my things in a warehouse, but from the first telephone contact this company gave me incredible security. everything was done with great professionalism. Nick the telephone operator always available and kind, and the two guys who came with the truck MEMET and TIREEL, besides being nice and friendly, were super attentive to my things. they explained everything to me. also the procedures for adding other packages to my space. the service was made on April 15th and today my things are still in the warehouse. I love, I can recommend this service to anyone who has to leave their belongings in a deposit. the price is reasonable maybe even too low for the quality of the service you receive. I will certainly never look for a company that offers this service again. Im stick with easystorage! Love this company! Trust Them!

Mehmet and Sam loaded my belongings into pods to go into storage until I am ready to move into my new property. They were very polite and helpful and handled all my boxes and furniture very carefully. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Graham, Ross and Lewis were my movers and they were fantastic. Moved everything quickly and efficiently which made the move so much easier than I thought it would be.

The whole process was easy and seamless - from booking the storage and being able to talk through my requirements to the reminders and communication leading up to the storage collection. The two guys on the day were fantastic being in communication so I knew when to expect them to being friendly and super efficient. They truely were great and helpful.

I needed storage and some help with packing too. I liked the idea of seeing my property going into sealed pods from my door. The move was efficient and well directed, the removers communicated throughout with personable and easy to contact customer service. Their approach was sensitive and I felt in control throughout and still do. Would highly reccommend.

I used easyStorage during a house move, where there was a delay between moving out and moving in to my new place. My movers - Sam, Trevor, Jeremy and one other colleague (I forgot the name - so sorry!) - were incredibly professional, moving the contents of a 3-bed flat in around 1hr 20. Not only were they incredibly speedy, they were also very polite and positive despite going up and down 3 sets of stairs with no lift. They even managed to squeeze my belongings into half of the space I had paid for - saving me some money. All round, I wouldn't hesitate to use easyStorage again and would highly recommend the team that did the job. Well done lads!

I used Easy Storage in April and I have to say they were very good . The two lads that came to load up and unload after storage were on time, polite, respectful of my belongings and hard working. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I will not hesitate to use them again 10 out of 10

Stage 1 complete - storage booked, ordered 2 pods on the understanding I could cancel the second if it wasn't needed. The team were available to pick up the same week, the office team were helpful and friendly. What was nice was that the pickup team also made contact, Richard and Steve were here when they said, protected doors and carpets, loaded up the pods and were cheerful, friendly and efficient. Wrapping the furniture was all included and the storage pods driven away. It was easy, like it said on the lorry. It helped being packed before the team arrived, just wished I'd thought what else I could have included and had that ready to fill the remaining vacant space. Will revisit at Stage 2 - when it all comes back....

In the day of pick up, Jamie and Luke were quick and friendly, helping load everything needed efficiently, making the most of the available space and taking good care of our possessions.

Gavin and Marcia at Croydon are fantastic!
I contacted them at a crazy time as the Cov19 pandemic was kicking off, and Marcia just somehow made it all work despite all the craziness and the fact they were (obviously) extremely busy. Gavin (I think!) and his colleague who came to load my stuff was brilliant and super slick. Basically, the whole experience of getting things organised them was really easy, really organised and really friendly, and the quality of service has remained incredible since then too. Highly recommended.

The process was seamless right from the start. The easy storage advisor completing my booking demonstrated a high level of expertise, by recommending the most suitable pod size and informing me of the next steps. He was also very cheerful and was happy to answer any questions I had!
On the day of my move, Greg and John offered an outstanding service. This firstly started with an initial call informing me that they were running ahead of schedule and could start earlier than the time on my booking. Upon arrival, I was worried that the team might struggle to find parking, but they were highly organised and independently identified where best to park the van to have access to the apartment complex. During the removal process Greg and John were Covid compliant and managed to get all my furniture into one pod, within the hour! I also made sure to view how everything was packed and was impressed.
Overall, I would without a doubt recommend this service!

I was impressed with the timeliness of the movers. I had originally booked two crates and they were able to get all the items into one! Easy storage promptly refunded me for the crate not used with a few days of the collection date. They also adjusted my monthly storage payments too to account for this change. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend.

I have been really impressed by the way that easyStorage are run. The whole process from booking to collection was really well run. Everyone I spoke to over the phone or the guys that came to collect (Andy, John & Jake) were very professional, efficient & friendly. Quite often these days customer service is a bit hit & miss but I found this company to be outstanding in every aspect. Another advantage of easystorage is that their prices are very competitive compared to the opposition. Storage/moving house can be a stressful experience but using this company made life a lot easier for me.

Wanting a convenient short-term storage space with no hassle while building work is finished at my house a friend recommended easyStorage. I'd not heard of them before but liked the idea that they picked up stored and returned rather than the rent a van man, get a storage unit option. Mehmet & Trevor arrived on time, were both efficient and charming and I can't recommend the service enough. It's hassle free and such a relief to get rid of all those boxes!

My first half of the the storage journey with Jeremy and Trevor was made incredibly easy and hassle free. They were in and out in a no time at all, courteous and really really helpful. They took great care of my treasured property. I am very grateful. So sorry I forgot to withdraw money to tip.
