I had a great experience with easyStorage on the day of my collection - excellent movers, quick and efficient, safe handling, and most of all, great storage idea and costs.
The return process was similarly excellent and arguably went even smoother! The movers (Jerry and Tyrell) were friendly and efficient, so good at what they do. They arrived fairly on time, and although I was stressed out about not having an available parking spot for unloading near my flat (given I was on a main road), they did not mind one bit and was quick to suggest the best alternative. Unloading was from truck to inside my flat - all by themselves with no complaints and without needing us to lift a finger. Tyrell was so careful when moving furniture inside my flat, taking care not to hit any walls or scratch my floors, which I really appreciated! The entire process took less than an hour, which minimized risk of getting a parking ticket.

The easystorage team made moving an absolute breeze. The movers were fantastic, polite and hugely professional. The process took about 2 hours due to the amount of stuff we had. We couldn't fit one of our extra long sofas but they are coming back later to pick it up as a loose storage item.

Moving your furniture is always stressful, and this service was perfect. The guys who came were very helpful and extremely professional.

One annoying situation was that I forgot some stuff in my flat and when I came down the storage box was already sealed, meaning I didn't have the chance to store what I had left.

Absolutely brilliant!! The booking process was easy with lots of advice about the sizes of pods etc. Zac phoned the day before to go through everything and was very thorough and professional. On the day, Zac and the team were outstanding. Everything was carefully loaded and packed into the pods. They even managed tricky items like our heavy ceramic-topped table without any issues or difficulty. I had quotes from several removals companies and wasn’t impressed with any of them, so I’m glad I found easyStorage. A great price with excellent service and stress-free throughout. I had everything done properly and all the packaging order which were unused would be refunded. I needed a couple of pods to store furniture that was requested to be removed by new tenants. The pick-up of items was very efficient.
I have had to call the office a couple of times with queries (to add to storage pods) and these have been handled very efficiently and politely.
I arranged for pod access and a delivery company to deliver additional items. Unfortunately, this didn't go as planned and the warehouse manager at NW10 was super helpful in managing a no-show and accepting delivery the following morning (thank you).
