They were running a bit late, but when they arrived the unloading team were careful and efficient, especially considering they were bringing large items like a mattress and washing machine down external stairs to a basement flat. Unloaded the contents of a 1 bed flat in just under an hour. I explained the place had been newly refurbished and painted and they duly took good care and were mindful not to scratch or mark any of the walls/skirting. Good friendly guys, job well done.

Very easy as advertised. Drove to unit and dropped stuff off quickly and there was someone on hand to help. Delivered back by them afterwards. Communication was great - highly recommend.

Brilliant communication. Great guys with friendly positive honest attitude. Prompt and careful with my things. The lady i booked with on phone was amazing too. V friendly. Nothing like the impersonal corporate online experience i was expecting. The whole visit was a pleasure and i was truly dreading it. Father and son team in welwyn area.

The team of three who came to move us did an excellent job.

Easy storage have been very accommodating when we had to change dates. Easy to contact and they ring you back very quickly. Haven’t had them collect furniture and store yet but so far been very flexible.

All I can say is that from the first telephone call with Ziggy to discuss requirements was a delight, informative and friendly and advised of costs very easily. Had a phone call from Russell the night before explaining times of arrival and even moved it forwards which suited us, discussed parking arrangements and what items we were taking, a very nice chat and friendly chap. Russell arrived with his team (I believe it was Charlie and Ollie although if I am wrong please let me know and I will amend the review!) Everyone was helpful and efficient, everything taken and not an issue getting difficult items out of the house. I would thoroughly recommend easy storage to anyone as the whole experience has been fantastic! Thanks chaps you have done a fantastic job today, keep up the good work! Thanks again Paul Tippet

Trevor, Rico and Roman were fantastic. They were very polite, friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. All were done smoothly and with ease. They made extra efforts in taking out my sofa and dining table through the narrow doors. A job well done! Thank you guys.

The guys at Easy storage were amazing!! I cannot thank Norris and the team for all their hard work to get everything loaded so quickly. I had initially ordered 1 less pod than needed but Norris was great, assured me this wasn't an issue and quickly arranged for another pod without me having to do anything. The team even had to wait a few hours for it to arrive but still we're professional and very happy and polite throughout. I would definitely recommend them and am just waiting for me goods to be returned. One comment is on the online storage calculator, It had stated I would need 3 pods and I even went back afterwards to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and the result was the same however I actually needed 4 pods in the end

We had arranged our furniture to go into storage and this was carried out on Monday 20th September 2021. The team from Glasgow included, Paul, David and Eric. These guys were absolutely tremendous during this stressful time. They were extremely efficient and did not deal with 'problems' but only solutions. We could not recommend them enough. Absolutely fantastic and made the whole job look so easy. The service provided was first class. They treated us and our furniture with the utmost respect and were attentive to our needs. Well done boys you are absolutely brilliant. :)

Easy, efficient, quick and reasonably priced. My only advice would be to ask for a three man team where possible. We used easystorage to temporarily store furniture while our home was refurbished. I’d recommend them.
