The pick up guys gave me a call in advance to let me know they were coming, parked as close as they could with no fuss and were very helpful in moving my stuff into the van. It’s been a smooth service so far with Easystorage end to end, from customer service on the phone and especially to the guys who helped load the van. Only development point is the chat service on the website, it’s good it’s not automated but they don’t have access to customer data so they can’t really help you.

From the initial phone call (thank you Raymond), to the follow up planning calls to the collection itself - everything ran smoothly. On the actual day of collection the gents, Andy and Dan, rang to ask if they could arrive early and even went as far as to advise me when they got stuck in moderate traffic which delayed them by about 10 mins. Even better they were polite, cheerful and loaded our storage items with care. They were then clear about what happens next and how I should go about arranging to have my items dropped back to me. An excellent service so far!

Very impressed with the service. The guys that collected our items were very professional and quick. We stored everything for approximately 3 months and had no issues. The return of our items was just was dealt with in the same manner. Would not hesitate to use them again

Extremely supportive and professional company during my move especially as I was moving on my own and also moving my mother into a nursing home at the same time. Rebecca and Laura were so supportive in assisting me with ordering everything I needed to help me move and couldn’t do enough for me. Reading from the EasyStorage website it appeared that the service offered exactly what I wanted - storage of a few items of furniture while I decided on my next move. I am pleased to report that the collection worked as advertised. The van arrived a bit early but they telephoned to forewarn me and all our possessions were loaded carefully without any damage. Assuming the delivery goes as well in the future, I will have no hesitation in recommending the service to others.

The chaps were amazing very helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble …even struggling to get a very heavy washing machine up into a high storage container didn’t dampen their good mood …. I’m not aware of any damage to my goods as I have not yet had my goods returned if they are damaged on return I will report it to easyJet storage as I have taken out their insurance in case of any damage caused
