Russell and Charlie picked my belongings up from my flat, they were both very friendly and professional and got the job done in great time. The easyStorage team were also very helpful and understanding when I had an enquiry on accessing my pods - do check the access times by the way! Russell and Fiona were especially helpful with my enquiry and I'm very grateful to them. I rarely do reviews, unless I am very impressed or very unimpressed - in this case I'm pleased to say I was very impressed and very happy with how helpful and professional the team were!

Everything about this process has been easy so far. Collection was booked, I was notified by text when the removals team would arrive, the team was great, listened to me, and followed instructions. They worked quickly, and the contents of my flat were removed in half an hour.

Fabulous service. Booking was easy and Richard and Marcus on the day were amazing. They got the job done in good time and managed to get our stuff into 4 pods instead of the 5 we’d ordered and were really nice and friendly guys too. Russell and Charley have just cleared my late mother's apartment for storage and I have to say that they were excellent. They were efficient and friendly and took great care to cover everything as it was raining quite heavily. We were very impressed. I would also add that Raymond, who took our order in the first place has been extremely helpful with queries. So far I have been very happy with the level of customer service from what is essentially a budget offering.

Fantastic service. I found choosing a removals / storage company quite overwhelming as there are so many, so what drew me to easy storage was their good prices (but not so cheap that you question how well your belongings are being looked after), the great service & the fact that they bring a pod on the back of a van and you watch as your belongings get carefully loaded into it and then locked up in front of you. The whole packing only took 40 mins and the men even came at the beginning of my allotted time slot as requested. Cannot recommend enough!
