A really good service, glad that I went with Easy Storage. I had to change my appointment twice (no problem). The lads came during the specified window timings, worked professionally and with good humour, and everything fitted in one pod, in accordance with the online space calculation. Well pleased.

I was very pleased with the service. The customer service was very nice over the phone and even managed to help me to pick the right size of the pot and save money as other places were suggesting me bigger and more expensive pot. On the day, I was informed in advance when the van is coming, which was very helpful. Then my things were carefully stored in the pot by man who knows well how to fit everything in 35SQFT. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great experience with the removal guys today. They turned up on time, were very friendly, got on with loading the van quickly and efficiently (despite two flights of stairs!). I would use them again and would highly recommend.

My slot was anytime between 10am and 12pm and the company arrived at 10am which was the perfect start. The two men working for easy store were very polite and friendly. They both got to work straight away and everything was loaded up and ready to go before 11am. I would highly recommend using this company to all my friends and family. 5 stars and a 10/10 service from both employees of the company.

Driver team arrived approximately 15 minutes before the job start (1100-1300). With my assistance, finished the job at 1200 and said they had gone into the second hour, so would be billed another £105. Rather than argue the case, as I was annoyed having helped with the loading, I said nothing.
You need to have a word with Ross (Russell) and his team, them arriving early doesn’t mean they can start billing early.
Suggest you look at billing 30 minute slots after the first hour.

Excellent service from booking to the end of the move. They we very accommodating to our change of moving date (not cost if done with two days notice) and then the team on the day were excellent. They charge per hour for the removers but their pricing was very transparent

Easystorage have the best customer service I probably ever dealt with! I was extremely stressed to get my things in a storage last minute as I was abroad. And two people on two different days helped me with so much effort as they tried every possible way to find me a slot. Additionally, they are the best storage facility as they are easy, efficient, not complex, and it is literally the easiest storage unit to deal with. There are no papers or long logistics, the price is fair, and honestly they are an amazing team.

I’m glad that I booked a pod, the service was great. 3 guys came over for collection and they did a Sterling job. They were professional, friendly and they even helped with the rest of packing and they took down the tv and the wall bracket with with care which I wouldn’t be able to do myself. Everything went smoothly and the collection was exceptionally good.

Was actually a not so stressful situation 😅 Foreman Dave had the boys working their asses off and made sure we got all our stuff into the pods, believe me when I say there is a special art to it! I honestly wish I could give them more stars. I have been meaning to write this review for ages, but Jack and Jamie were absolutely incredible. They collected our stuff on the 18th and not only were they lovely, they kept it under 2 hours and were very transparent about all costs, etc. I was more than happy to give them 5 stars at this point. However, to make them even more amazing, we were going on holiday on the Sunday and by mistake my other half had packed the passports. Jack and Jamie helped us get access to them. I genuinely cannot thank them enough, I am so sad that I cannot do more than give them a 5 star review, but literally could not recommend this company and their people more
