This really is a great service. The process is easy and the support lines are quick and effective. I struggled with closing the boxes as I have arthritis but the team who came to assist me were wonderful. They were Harry and Jamie and I cannot praise them highly enough. They were so calm, cheerful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. There were terrible traffic problems on the day and they were delayed in getting to me but they kept in contact with calls and texts so I knew exactly what was happening and didn’t panic. Thank you so much you wonderful chaps!! They must surely be the Easystorage A Team 👍👍👏👏👌👌

Fantastic service, they were in and out in just over an hour, clearing our two bed flat (from the 7th floor!). They were quick, respectful of our stuff, and friendly. Can't recommend enough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were careful with my belongings and pay attention to how they were storing my stuff so nothing could get damage during the transport. We finished on time and they were very good at organising my furniture inside the storage unit so everything could fit in.

All perfect...advice on space was accurate...and I was dealt with politely and efficiently..particularly as this was a short notice request for collection and storage...

The collection and return experience was extremely good. The only thing that let the experience down is that I was told to give 2 days notice for return and when I did i was told it would be two weeks. So two weeks without chairs to sit on etc

Norris and Barry were the duo who came and packed my belongings for me today. Barry managed to park the van up brilliantly (despite other people's bad parking) into a tight space and Norris was great on the phone and letting me know what was happening and why throughout. They were both really nice and friendly and they work together well and my stuff was moved and packed quickly and efficiently. Nice to have a joke and actually I am a very anxious person and was very stressed before they arrived but I felt safe with them and trusted them. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and they were patient with me and gave me time double check and add more. Thank-you both. X

Had a very positive experience using easy storage. The booking system was very easy to use, and they were right on time. The team ensured care was taken when unloading and moving items to avoid damage, were extremely efficient in unloading, and a good bunch to work with. Would use again in future.

The only thing I disagreed with was the measurement of the pods needed for the stuff storage. Initially, the salesperson said it could be refunded if the actual number of pods used were less than what was ordered. However, It seems all depending on the invisible storage manager to judge how many pods needed after loading. The moving crew on that day and I were quite sure only 2 pods were enough for my 1-bedroom flat stuff to load while the invisible manager argued it took 2.5 pods :/ in the end. It's lack of transparency and standard. If you really want to use their service, don't be afraid you won't get enough space, just order just enough pods as you would expect.

I am thoroughly impressed with how efficient, approachable, and easy this service was. I cannot recommend enough! Norris, Igor and [Colin] were absolute superstars. You could tell they are professional movers as they were very knowledgable and experienced - they quickly digested the contents of my flat, and started moving immediately and very efficiently. They were careful but most of all, very quick and efficient. I am impressed with the speed as it meant I did not have to pay for additional hours. Norris was an excellent leader and made sure we were comfortable with how things are stored and also explained to us how the service works. And all of them were friendly and very good at what they did. We barely had to lift any fingers - they managed to move all my stuff (2 bedroom flat) without any complaints.
Additionally, I am very happy with the whole package with EasyStorage - the entire door-to-door moving service was excellent, including storage time and a return at the new address, all for a very reasonable price. The fact that we can see exactly how our stuff are stored and stacked in the exact pods (without worrying about anyone else touching the contents until we order a return) is an amazing idea and very comforting to customers.
Highly recommend and I will definitely use EasyStorage again!
