I was extremely happy with the storage, and especially the gentleman that came to collect my belongings. They're very polite, friendly, understanding, and know what they doing.
I was worried my things wouldn't fit in there but they reassured me it's will fit whivhbit did. I'm very grateful for this. Price wise, very good and affordable. 👍♥️👏

Fantastic service the guys were brilliant even dismantling my sofa and office desk. Very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend and also will 100% use this company again for ant removals and storage.

Everything went smooth, I had my stuff in the storage since October 2020 and pick it up today. No troubles no worries, the delivery guys were really helpful and call me if I wanted my things delivered earlier and it was really a lifesaving because in between I had an important appointment and delivering earlier they avoided me to run up and down London to be in time for the scheduled appointment. Thanks guys.

Moving anywhere is always stressful. But it is easy with easyStorage.
On the day, the team were early and super helpful. 10/10 with a shout out for Noris, who was very calm and helped with everything.
Where EasyStorage have lost marks, is that I specifically requested on my initial chat with them that they did not call me back that day because i was busy with other things, requesting a call for the following day.
The storage consultant rang me the same day anyway. And the first thing he said was 'I know you asked not to be telephoned today.' So, I didn't appreciate that at all. I was already committed to using the service in my head, I didn't need aggressive sales tactics when I was already feeling a bit stressed. It felt like pressure selling.
Apart from this he was very helpful, and we got the job done.

I was looked for a moving storage and return service and I started booking here but there was no slot. Later that day I was contacted by lovely Sonia who found me a spot just with one week notice. Service was smooth and the 2 guys moving my stuff very friendly and superhelpful and accomodating.

They gave me a refund and although I had asked for 4 pods - they fitted everything in 3 pods. And are now charging me for 3 pods giving me a year’s saving of over £1000

Paul, Alex and Eric were absolute professionals – everything was packed away quickly and efficiently, they asked about anything they were unsure about, and got everything done within the hour. It was a stressful process getting everything packed up to go into storage so having the pick-up process go so smoothly was a welcome relief. Thanks!

What can I say once again Festus and George have gone beyond the call of duty. They were punctual, professional, friendly, helpful, very efficient and careful....Pickfords eat your heart out.
My brother who manages and refurbishes alot of properties in London thought they were great and fantastic value for money. He is going to look into using Easy Pod for his smaller properties.

We chose easyStorage because they collected from our old address, stored the goods and then delivered to our new address. This seamless service made our lives easier. Both the collection and delivery went smoothly - although this is largely dependent and helped greatly by having your stuff carefully packed and ready beforehand. For the delivery, Dan and Sergui were just great to work with and made the unloading a pleasant experience.

Russell , Charlie and Ollie turned up just before 9am after I had a text from Russell letting me know when they were due so I could sort a few things out first. Yet again all 3 of them were friendly and polite and efficient, everything brought back to us as it left and placed where we wanted it to go. Felt guilty as I couldn't really help out as they managed everything perfectly so all I could do was offer coffee and biscuits! Thanks again to all 3 who have made our move less stressful and was a pleasure talking to them. Please pass this on to your team and thank them for their excellent work for us, give them a bonus they deserve it! I will thoroughly recommend Easystorage to anyone I know who requires storage or a house removal. Thanks to everyone at Easystorage from Paul, Mandy and Tilly the cat.
