I have used the Enfield Easy Storage guys 4 times now. They are kind, helpful and go the extra mile. They waited for the rain to stop so my sofa didn't get wet before bringing it into the house. They also put the sofa together for me and everything was carried out according to my instructions. Thank you Selwyn and your team mate (sorry forgot your name).

Easystorage really lives up to its name – the whole process has been "easy" from start to finish.
My belongings were in storage for almost 5 years, and when everything was returned it was all in excellent condition. Throughout that time, the service was reliable and I always felt reassured that my possessions were being well looked after.
When I needed access to my belongings again, it only took 2 days' notice and arranging everything through Hannah was straightforward and hassle-free.
On delivery day, the crew were fantastic. As a single woman living in a second-floor flat with no lift, I had a lot of items to bring up the stairs, including some very heavy pieces of furniture. They even carried a large sideboard up multiple flights of stairs, and all of this was done in very hot temperatures. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained positive, friendly and professional throughout.
The team worked quickly and efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy.
A special thank you to Selwyn, Daniel and Bradley, who were incredibly helpful, hardworking and friendly. They are a real credit to the company.

I made my experience more complicated than it needed to be by listening to advice from a 3rd party after I’d booked my move collection with Easy Storage.
Nevertheless, my original conversation and quote, direct conversation with Darren the site manager, and the actual collection of my boxes and furniture, everything went better than I had hoped for. Shout out to the aforementioned Darren and the 2 gents who came on the day - Andy and his colleague whose name I didn’t ask for - all three of them were excellent and made the whole process as easy for me as possible.

The location is easy to access and the site is very good for the price its offered at. The containers are a good size and this is ideal for my purposes.
I do wish that 24 hour access was included for all, as opposed to those who pay for it, given that the site is self serve. The lack of WiFi can be annoying when trying to access the Bluetooth system for the gates and locks in an area of poor signal.
Overall though, for what I'm using it for, this site is great and would recommend to others looking for a good value storage option.

Team knew what they were doing, and although they couldn't take a couple of IKEA wardrobes as they tend to break easily if not taken apart ( gave us the opportunity to risk it but we decided not to) They were professional and efficient and were done in an hour. Very pleased and would have no hesitation recommending easy storage for their collection, just be prepared for expensive charges to return goods to your property

Moving overseas is an incredibly stressful time, but Ross and Greg made one part of the journey stress free with their assistance in sorting out a storage unit. The price was the best I found and the unit itself was clean and easy to use. Would definitely recommend for your storage needs.

I underestimated how much space I need as the pods don’t fit as much as you expect once you have furniture loaded that is all sorts of shapes and sizes and can’t be stacked, so I would recommend booking extra pods as they will just deduct them if you don’t use.
