I had a fantastic experience with Easy Storage in Newcastle! A huge shoutout to Sean, Dom, and Joe, who made the whole process incredibly smooth. Moving and storing things can usually be pretty stressful, but these guys were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and really took the hassle out of my day. It’s rare to find such a great team, I highly recommend asking for them if you need storage in the Newcastle area.

Just had all my stuff picked up from easy storage by Jerry, Gideon and Godfred and they were absolutely incredible. Such lovely people with fantastic customer service skills. They carefully and quickly packed everything away for us and we had a lot! So grateful for all their hard work and will definitely will always be using easy storage for any future moves. Definitely worth the investment and money spent into this company. Thank you for making it so easy and stress free for us!

Toby Heran at EasyStorage Uxbridge truly went above and beyond. We stored our belongings there for over three years and when it came time for us to leave the facility, he personally made sure everything was gathered and ready for us. The level of personal service he provided throughout our time there was truly exemplary.

The team that arrived was Zain, Zoltan. Lee and Kaiel. They were very helpful. friendly and efficient and really made the job go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I highly recommend this company to anybody who I was thinking of moving.

Was slightly hesitant as I have never used a container for storage, I called easy storage who were excellent and always on email or phone if I had a question. I used this company to store furniture and belongings in between a house move. The container was clean and looked new, all my belongings were there for 4 months over winter and remained damp free and in perfect condition. Customer service with Philip was excellent, electronic locking with the gates and padlock was easy to use and gave me reassurance that my belongings were very safe. I used the Easy storage in Magnet Road, Grays. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Thank you Easy storage!

After many years in storage, I booked out 2 pods of items for return. Adrian, Kaiel and Lee did a fantastic job!
Despite the rain and handling some heavy items, they unloaded everything into my house and were so polite during the process. Very happy with the service, they were great guys.

I would like to thank ZOLTAN, ZAIN, and the whole back office team for a smooth overall process in collecting & storing items, as well as for refunding for using fewer pods than originally booked.
Zoltan & Zain (the staff who physically attended the collection) were very professional and efficient in attending the pick up location, picking up & handling all items with care, but also making sure to store them in an efficient way so less space is used.
Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience today very professional guys .friendly and helpful .they managed to pack all my awkward stuff 4ft giraffe head .front of a mini car which is a sofa .an old iron bath which is very heavy it's also a sofa .they didn't moan just got on with the job .Will see them at my new house in a couple of weeks .thanks so much .really taken the hassle out if moving for me .I've had neck and back surgery and would never have been able to move myself .I've only little legs .so driving a van and lifting would have been too much for me .

Overall booking and accessing the storage container was a very easy process.
I experienced a slight technical issue when signing the online contract. However, Cheong quickly contacted me and the issue was resolved. He also politely explained how to access the container and about pushing the button on the padlock.
I called him back when I was trying to open the padlock. He once again politely explained how to push the button. Once I'd mastered this skill* I've been able to access my storage easily.
5 star review, because it was easy to book, easy to find, easy to access, and great customer service.
*Please don't mock my button pushing skills until you've pushed the button. 😉
