I have been renting a unit at this storage facility for two years now, and I am extremely satisfied with their service.
​The staff here has always been super friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were ready to help right away with a warm welcome. I have personally never had any issues whatsoever.
​The facility offers great space, a convenient location, and top-notch security. I feel completely safe using this storage and highly recommend it to everyone!

So grateful to easyStorage from the 1st enquiry to dropping off to the storage unit, the service has been A1. The girl in the office was so helpful, they have been really patient, even when I postponed, and changed plans. Can’t recommend enough. The units are clean,dry and feel like our belongings will be kept safe while we figure things out. Really reasonable price too, thanks again

and fast service. The booking is simple when you phone up and the communication from then is with the lads that will be picking up and storing your belongings. They were respectful, professional, punctual and treated my things with care. I was reassured by a follow up call from them directly that my things had been stored safely. ordering was easy setting up account easy. hard part getting Bluetooth to work unlock gate and storage padlock. they helped me with those problems now all good. clean well good lighting even got discount 2 moths will be extending my time

Today I moved House and jerry ,Selwyn and darris was super helpful and worked together with me to organise the units nicely to have a smooth and positive vibe while doing the job also! I appreciate that, and they also helped me carry other heavy furnitures that I donated to charity.

I used easyStorage yesterday and thought it was a really good service. They arrived promptly and were friendly and very helpful. It took about 90 minutes to load up all my items and it was such a time and energy saver for me to have someone do this. There was one item (an IKEA glass cabinet) which was too risky to transport but this was explained and reasonable. I would recommend their Collect and Store service as a good option if you are not moving straight into your new house.
