Honestly, helpful, and constructive - I've used this company twice now. Our daughter attends University in London, UK. She's moved twice and I was unable to be there to help her. I’ve had a really good experience with this storage company. The service has been excellent, and the customer service is especially good. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, and they have always been easy to communicate with. Any questions or issues I’ve had have been dealt with quickly and politely. So grateful to easyStorage from the 1st enquiry to dropping off to the storage unit, the service has been A1. The girl in the office was so helpful, they have been really patient, even when I postponed, and changed plans. Can’t recommend enough. ordering was easy setting up account easy. hard part getting Bluetooth to work unlock gate and storage padlock. they helped me with those problems now all good. clean well good lighting even got discount 2 moths will be extending my time
