Excellent service! They made it all so easy, and the team who came to pack up and collect were so helpful, efficient and willing. They let me know in good time when they were coming and arrived exactly as scheduled. What a great idea that the items go straight into the storage box on their truck and don't need to be moved again until it is ready to be unpacked. I also like the flexibility of the contract as I don't know if I will need storage for days, weeks or months.

This was my first time storing my items in storage facility and they were very graciously from the first call. The explained everything clearly. They were available for check in call to ask further questions. On the day, yhey arrived on time and the the lead was very kind and patient even when I didn't have everything sorted. Overg all a great experience.

I am currently using a container unit at easyStorage Gotham to store household items and have had a brilliant experience. The entire site is very clean, well-organised, and incredibly easy to navigate. The containers themselves are spotless, and the location is highly convenient if you need a spot that isn't too far from Derby, Loughborough or Nottingham.What really stands out is the customer service team. They have been incredibly helpful with all of my queries. I even had to give them a quick call when I first arrived at the facility, and they were more than willing to assist me right away. During a recent visit to drop off some items, I also happened to meet two of the guys working on-site, and they were super nice and genuinely friendly people to talk to. I highly recommend them

Now I know why they call it EASY storage! Andy and James showed up to my place and were incredibly kind and efficient. They spoke to me and asked me at multiple stages if there was anything they could help with to make things easier. They also got my massive tv in a box and out the door when I had originally thought I would have to sell it cause it was too big to move. Andy and James brought smiles, strength to move heavy items with ease and were in and out in under 45 mins even though I had a significant amount of items to move. Wow, I would definitely recommend them!

First class from my first phone call to collection. Friendly but very professional. Created real trust. Richard rang me day before and morning of my collection. Love the fact that the pricing includes both collection and re-delivery which is hidden by other suppliers I spoke to. Overall these guys were the best value for money yet their service was first class. Arrived spot on time. Pleasant, efficient. Storing large items that I couldn't take to a container or self storage unit, so the collection service and very large sealed crates made the whole job so easy. No hesitation in recommending this service

I have used the Enfield Easy Storage guys 4 times now. They are kind, helpful and go the extra mile. They waited for the rain to stop so my sofa didn't get wet before bringing it into the house. They also put the sofa together for me and everything was carried out according to my instructions. Thank you Selwyn and your team mate (sorry forgot your name).
