I've been using easyStorage for over a year now and have had a really positive experience throughout.
The team were fantastic when initially clearing the property. They were efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful, even when it came to removing some awkward items from the roof, which was no easy task! Nothing seemed too much trouble.
I've needed to access my storage pods a few times over the year, and arranging this through the website has always been straightforward. The storage depot itself is on a fairly remote farm, so it's quite different from the more traditional self-storage facilities you might expect, such as Big Yellow. It wasn't quite what I had imagined initially, but that hasn't been an issue at all. The environment is secure, access is controlled, and everything has been well organised.
All my belongings have remained in exactly the same condition as when they went into storage, which is ultimately what matters most.
Access is free for the first hour, with a charge if you need longer, although I've never needed more than an hour myself. There's also a small charge if you require assistance moving items, which seems perfectly reasonable.
I originally had two pods but eventually only needed one. easyStorage were happy to arrange disposal of the contents of the second pod for an additional fee, and again the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

Rented a storage unit last september at the new location in Hoofddorp (near Amsterdam) . The experience was very good. Nice working app to enter the building and the storage unit itself. Easy to organise and drivers collected when they said they would and kept in touch en route. However, what they don't tell you is that you have to buy your own storage boxes (many services include this in their package) and even more annoyingly that you have to pay another large fee to have your stuff redelivered (and this costs an extra £50 on top if you need it done at the weekend). Also, I had told them clearly that I could only be available during their pm time slot but on the day the driver rang and said they had to deliver in the morning when I couldn't be there.

I don't often give reviews, however I wanted to say how impressed I have been with Easy Storage. They are efficient and very competitive. I recently moved home and needed to store my belongings, my personal situation was complicated. The guys at easy storage were so kind and patient while I got everything sorted. It felt very unusual for a big chain to give such personal support.

I’ve used them twice and will never use another company now. They collect, store, then bring it back when you want it at a far cheaper rate than anyone else. Very respectful of your belongings and super helpful. I’m so glad I discovered they existed.
