The Essex easy storage branch was the best company I could have hoped for. They are holding my items safely and securely while I’m in Canada and I have peace of mind! I don’t even think about it because I’m so confident in their terms and service. Excellent communication, service and professionalism for storage. Easy to contact and arrange things for storage. Good ethics, reliable, with convenient service options. Easy and fun to do business with, but always professional and prompt whenever they are contacted! Always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Bradley, Selwyn, Yen and Darius were great vibes, clearly experienced, and respectful with our stuff, checking which things were fragile and had sentimental value before starting to pack. They also packaged the pods impressively to ensure we didn’t need to pay more than what we’d bought.

Our business was running out of space for stock, so we took a unit at easyStorage Eastleigh. It’s given us room to organise everything properly without filling the office or taking on a larger premises. The drive-up access is especially useful when deliveries arrive.

Visited these guys earlier today to collect some goods on behalf of a customer

Bilal, Mohammad and the team really went out of their way to help us out with 2 large events that required storage - and a lot of logistical changes!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Without a shadow of a doubt it is the best experience I have had with moving home. They waited patiently for keys and just couldn’t do enough for us, they left me totally organised and ready to unpack. They’re also great value for money, I highly recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else - massive thanks to Richard & Olly

Zack and Bradley were both friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. They made everything easy and straightforward, and their customer service was excellent. We started by hiring an EasyStorage unit at Midgley. Richard and Oliver were so helpful and accommodating even down to helping us pack the unit. The process was very easy.
We also decided to use EasyStorage for our house move to the East Coast and Richard and young Olly were excellent, and took control of the process making it really stress free for me and my wife.
There was no rush or pressure at all through the day, and the move entailed dropping off a load in Brid, and then the majority of our belongings down the coast to our new house.
The cost was very reasonable also, based on the distance moved.
They’re also really nice guys, all 3 of them.
I would definitely 100% recommend Richard and Oliver either for storage or removals - thanks guys.

I had a unit already but needed another one which was easy to sort out but thought I wouldn’t need the 24hour access for the second. However on the day we were delayed and were not going to make it back to the unit in time. We called the number thinking no one would be there as it was 7.30 on a Saturday evening and in fact it went to voice mail so we didn’t bother. They then called us back saying that they had had a missed call from me. If that was impressive enough we explained our dilemma and the lovely man said he would make a few calls and see if he could sort something out and if he was able to organise it I would get an email. It took about 20 minutes and he called us back to say it was all sorted and we had the 24 access. Which really was amazing saved a lot of stress and an already very stressful day. With over 100 miles still to drive. The end result was that we didn’t have to empty half the bigger unit rearranging everything in order to get the next lot in and a potential 3 am finish we were able to load and be home with a cuppa by 11 pm.

Moving out of university can be stressful, but easyStorage Essex made the whole process so easy. Having my belongings collected directly from my room, safely stored, and then delivered back to me is incredibly convenient and takes away so much of the hassle.
What really stood out was the team themselves, especially Ed! I became very ill during this time, and he was so understanding, flexible, and genuinely kind. He worked with me every step of the way and continues to be incredibly helpful this school year as well.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with genuine compassion. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done, and I’d happily recommend them to any student looking for a reliable, caring, and stress-free storage service!

Great experience and it’s a good option for storage of items, in our case during a house move. Better option than other storage choices for sure! Not sure why you have to pay extra for 24hour access though bearing in mind it’s not manned anyway. Other than that, great service and very easy to use/sign up for.
