Easy storage is a genuinely innovative idea that takes a lot of the more difficult aspects of storage (i.e. getting stuff there and then getting it back again) off your hands. The people who did both ends were professional, friendly and positive whilst also being quick and efficient. There were a couple of small issues with payments in the bit in between, but the customer service was excellent and things were sorted out with no stress, and I got all my stuff back today in the same condition it was when I last saw it 2 years ago.

Very friendly and efficient crew! Zack, Bradley, Jerry, Mark, and Ronnie had a great system going and despite the three flights of stairs, everything got moved out in only 2 hours (versus the 4 hours it had taken to move in with another moving company), really recommend!

This is my second time using EasyStorage Essex and I’ve had a great experience both times. The whole process has been smooth and hassle-free, with really good communication throughout. Zach and Bradley were a great help. They accommodated me with an early collection and called twice in advance to keep me informed. They took really good care of my stuff, wrapping my pictures up in blankets and stacking it all securely. They gave me all the information I needed and they were just nice friendly guys. I trust my stuff will be well looked after. Shame they were Arsenal and West Ham fans but nobody’s perfect. Delighted with the service.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job moving my stuff. Nothing was broken, and they were done delivering it within 20 minutes even though they had to carry it up three flights of stairs. I would definitely go with easy storage again if I need to store my things next year as well! Thank you guys!!
