Richard and his team did a wonderful job moving my stuff. Nothing was broken, and they were done delivering it within 20 minutes even though they had to carry it up three flights of stairs. I would definitely go with easy storage again if I need to store my things next year as well! Thank you guys!!

Great experience. They collected my packed items put them in a pod. They handled everything and drove it to the location, it was so simple. I had access the pod, booking it was simple and straight forward. The guys on site were super helpful when I needed to clear it all and very kind! Same for the online team, whenever I had a question they were there giving me options and helping me find the best way to return the pod and they have an option to help with clearing unwanted. Huge thanks everyone !

I had a great experience with the easyStorage - Essex team. It was very easy to book and pay for my removal from flat to storage. The team arrived on time and were very friendly. I lived in a flat with no lift and they were able to take my things down and loaded the pods. I had my things in storage for over 3 years with no issues. When i needed the things back, it was delivered very quickly to my new address. Everything was so seamless and cost effective for long term storage. Many thanks to the whole team. You are fantastic!!!

Really great customer service at easyStorage. I had two separate last-minute issues with my delivery on different occasions, and both times the team were incredibly helpful. Gavin helped me the first time and was very professional, kind, and efficient. More recently, Callum helped me move my reservation straight away with no hassle and was also very kind, helpful, and quick to sort everything out. Really appreciated the support from both of them — thank you Gavin and Callum!

Ed and his team are truly amazing!
Although supporting women fleeing domestic abuse is not their main line of business, they have gone above and beyond to support countless women and families within our refuge as they move into their new homes.
Their generosity in helping residents with moves and providing essential furniture has made such a huge difference during what can be an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time. Having somewhere safe to call home is only the beginning, and the support Ed and his team provide helps make those empty properties feel like homes.
We cannot thank them enough for the kindness, time and support they have given to the women we work with. Their help has been absolutely invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done.

Ed and all the people at easy storage have looked after me extremely well over the 3 years I trusted them with all my belongings. On the day they arrived to collect my things, I was not prepared or fully packed and had no idea what I was doing. I was in a total panic! That didn’t matter though because Ed and his team are total professionals and extremely compassionate. They helped me pack my things, had extra supplies and space ready to go in case it was needed (it was!) and turned a nightmare day into a smooth and easy process. Since then they have been more than helpful and accommodating during every step, truly going above and beyond. They also help out charities and vulnerable people which really impressed me. My whole experience with easy storage was an absolute dream and very reasonably priced! The Easy brand is an extremely well known name but it was actually a very personable service. They looked after me so well and I would recommend them to anyone.
