Just had the pleasure of meeting Darnell and Lee who arrived promptly to help with my move. Darnell and Lee were polite and friendly, they went the extra mile to help me utilise the space I have purchased my unit for and made me feel less stressed with this part of my very stressful time as I had only 1 week to move! The storage expert Fez was also extremely helpful. I truly rate Easy storage and the employees I have dealt with 💯

What made my experience great was Barry, George and Darren – who EasyStorage is lucky to have. During the collection of my items, I had a terrible time with the first group of EasyStorage movers, who packed my belongings poorly and caused a lot of damage. However, Barry, George and Darren quickly made up for that time of turmoil and guided us on how to resolve the issue with my damaged items, which I am in the process of addressing. I give George, Barry and Darren 5 stars for the laughs, assistance and their accommodation – and EasyStorage 4.

Richard made it simple and easy, came out first to view furniture etc to be moved. Gave quote. As I had to have furniture in storage for 2 a bit weeks it made sense financially to have them do it all. Instead of different movers, storage people as I moved a 2 hour drive way.
