Amazing service at Easy Storage Dagenham. As soon as I made my booking, I was contacted by the site manager, Muhammad, who was extremely helpful. He sent me all the information I needed via WhatsApp and guided me through how to use the app and log in. The whole process was straightforward and professional. Excellent customer service – highly recommended.

Mohammad was incredibly helpful, kind and professional throughout the whole process. Whenever I needed help or had a question, he acted quickly and made sure everything was dealt with as soon as possible. He kept me informed, helped resolve any issues that came up and genuinely went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for me.
His communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how patient, understanding and reliable he was from start to finish. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and I felt reassured knowing he was there to help get everything sorted.

I need man-van-storage for a house move with my house sale before buying my next one. Richard helped with sizing the pods. They were prompt and efficient during the removal. Exactly what I needed... Assistance/removers/large van & storage, and not a lot of back and forth doing it myself. House emptied and off in to storage in under 2 hours.

Traffic delayed the start of the move but the movers kept in contact about the situation. From the moment they arrived, the movers were proactive, professional and helpful. They clearly explained that it might be difficult to get all my possessions into the 3 units they brought and advised me to disassemble a bed and wardrobe to help with moving and storing. They carried on moveing out everything else while I disassembled. They finished by 12pm as promised and sent me a confirmation email shortly after. Great experience.

On the day the team who managed our removal were super communicative and informative right from the get go, updating us on their arrival time. After a walk through the team got to work loading our pods and packing smaller items like kitchen. Our belongings and home were treated with great care and the friendly team made what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. All of this was carried out on an insanely hot July day in London and we were impressed by how quickly everything was loaded up.
Access to our storage pods was also arranged smoothly and with ease.
Can’t fault this service at all and, compared with other quotes, we felt this was good value from a reputable and trusted storage company.

The first phone conversation and the following correspondences was very helpful. Access in and out of storage site was easy, the bluetooth padlock to open the storage container was a pleasant surprise. After the initial shock of it opening it brought a smile to my face.
