This fun, family-friendly event is all about inspiring islanders to make small, positive lifestyle changes that can improve overall wellbeing and help reduce the risk of bowel cancer.

There's something for all ages and abilities, including:

  • Live cooking demonstrations with special guest Ivor Peters, also known as the Urban Rajah, sharing delicious food inspiration.

  • Healthy lifestyle stalls featuring local organisations, gut-friendly food and wellbeing advice.

  • Fitness activities and sports sessions encouraging everyone to get moving.

  • A dedicated children's zone with fun activities for younger visitors.

  • A walk-through inflatable bowel to learn more about bowel health and the importance of early detection.

Whether you're passionate about healthy living or simply looking for ideas to get started, the Healthy Lifestyle Show is a great opportunity to discover new activities, pick up practical advice and enjoy a day out with family and friends.

As Bowel Cancer Guernsey marks 25 years of raising awareness, the event will also highlight the importance of bowel cancer prevention, recognising symptoms and taking part in screening.

Entry is completely free, so come along and celebrate 25 years of Bowel Cancer Guernsey!
