Celebrate the season with our Chef’s Festive Choice Menu - a carefully curated three-course experience brimming with the flavours of Guernsey.

From rich chestnut and truffle velouté to traditional roast turkey or pressed Guernsey short rib, each dish highlights locally sourced ingredients. End on a sweet note with a Guernsey Gâche Christmas pudding or a dark chocolate and clementine tart.
