Returned a year after our last visit. Even better than I remembered it to be. Very helpful and friendly staff, good comfortable room with views of the well laid out and maintained grounds. Good food, pleasant lounge and restaraunt, a good place to stay.

My experience with this hotel started well, as when booking we wanted a family room, the staff I spoke to were so helpful and gave honest and sound advice on selecting our room.

We arrived early, as we came off the ferry at lunchtime and our room was already made up for us, so we checked in.

Our first impression was good, the staff, again were friendly and helpful and we were made to feel welcome. We found our room, the family suite and it was a good size and very smart. The room was large and airy and the bathroom was a good size too with a lovely shower.

We did have a few issues whilst staying here, one with noise, from a private function and one with the food we ordered in the bar, on the same evening. I believe the kitchen was stretched, due to being busy preparing for the private function but we only ordered basic food and my chips weren't cooked enough and one of my Wife's crab cakes, along with the side of onion rings were cold. The issues were dealt with quickly and with no trouble, but it did put us off eating in the restaurant.

There were a couple of issues with our room as well, nothing major and, probably not worth mentioning, had we not had the other experience as well. All in all it was not what we would have expected, from a 4 Star hotel, but I understand it is due to be refurbished next year.

We saw the Manager, in reception, on our way to breakfast the next morning and he asked if we were enjoying our stay, we mentioned the problems with dinner and the noise, from the previous night and he was extremely apologetic and dealt with the situation with such professionalism and courtesy.

I accept that every business makes mistakes and believe that the way they deal with issues, if they do arise is as important as trying to prevent them in the first place. We were so pleased with the response we got, from all the staff involved that we were probably, then even more impressed with the hotel than if we'd had no issues at all. So despite these issues I am still giving the hotel, and her staff a full, 5 star review and we will be back.

The facilities in the hotel are fantastic, the pool is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. Breakfast was great, with the best selection I've seen in a breakfast buffet. Everything on the hot selection was excellent quality and well cooked and nothing was left hanging around for long, so always fresh.

This hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of St. Peter Port and is pleasantly situated in immaculately maintained lakeside grounds.
Not a great start to our holiday when the receptionist tried to tell us about extra charges rather than double checking first that the booking was for two people rather than the one person that the room had been made up for. Soon resolved though.
Nice well appointed suite, but be aware that the terrace we had was overlooked by both the neighbouring room and by the rooms upstairs. Certainly not as private as some might prefer.
Bed, linens and housekeeping to a high standard. No turndown service here, which we thought was surprising given the level of service this hotel tries well to achieve.
Superb assistance from the maintenance manager (Peter) over a minor bathroom issue and he was very helpful with car parking arrangements too.
Breakfast was an excellent selection from the hot and cold buffet, together with some speciality items available to order at no extra charge. Interaction with the serving staff was minimal though.
The real highlight for us was dinner on half board each night. OUTSTANDING. Superb choices for each of three courses and all very tasty and well presented. Our waiter every evening was Mareks and he could not have been more polite, courteous, efficient and friendly. A real example to other hotels and restaurants as to how it should be done. Thank you to Mareks and to the kitchen staff.
Highly recommend this hotel, and make sure you have dinner here too.

Stayed here with friends for a short break. Hotel in a great location within easy walking distance or via bus in to St Peter Port. The hotel and grounds were immaculately kept. Room was spacious with balcony with every amenity you could wish for. Bathroom was luxurious with deep bath and shower. Plenty of hot water day or night. Breakfast was varied and you would be hard pressed to find fault. A good variety of cooked food, with other dishes available to order, lots of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread and pastries. Hotel bar offers a wide selection of beverages, whether you prefer hot or cold and food if you eat in. We enjoyed the spa and swimming pool and particularly the outside jacuzzi. Not to be missed as great views over the extensive gardens. Could not fault anything and all the staff were helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend as a great place to stay and looking forward to another visit. Top notch.

Having enjoyed previous stays at the St Pierre Park, I was looking forward to this one. It is a lovely hotel in a glorious setting.

Unfortunately my room this time was rather a disappointment, with a strong smell of paint from redecorations in the garden wing. I also had to report a loose grab rail in the bathroom and a non-locking patio door.

Great Hotel in a good position close to St Peter Port, although we ate out on a couple of occasions, their was really no need as the bar and Pavillion Restaurant serve 1st class food. Hotel facilties are great and something for everyone to enjoy. Although a 4 star hotel rated, I think its above and beyond for the staffs attentitive service and extra touch of class.

Stayed here with a group of girlfriends.
Rooms clean and spacious. I stayed in a twin room...basically a zip and link double bed...unzipped...so make sure you like who your sharing with !!
Beds were SUPER comfy....and im fussy !!

Bar area was nice, drinks pricey but I guess no different from other hotels of the same calibre.
One negative was the wait time for our lunch....over an hour !! We complained to the staff, was met with apologies and offered free drinks while they tried to rectify the situation and then offered discount on the food bill. So couldnt ask for more really.

Pool and outside jacuzzi were lovely, and the views of the grounds very pretty and well maintained.

All the staff were great - attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived.
Particular mention must go to Billy who worked in the bar, worked really hard and always had a smile on his face. Nothing was too much trouble.

Well done !

We stayed as a birthday treat for 4 days. Everything was perfect, from the very friendly front desk, the delicious meals in the Pavilion, the terrific staff in the restaurant ( especially the delightful Greek lady who served us on two evenings, what a gem!) The spa was like having your own private pool, one of the benefits of going out of the busy season. Each day started with a well attended breakfast, with very attentive service and a huge selection to chose from. We also hit the unseasonably warm weather, I know the hotel didn't arrange this, but it was a fantastic bonus. Having found we can get from the airport to our front door in Somerset in less than 2 hours, we will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great attentive and friendly staff. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Great facilities including lake and gardens, pool gym, spa and tennis courts. Rooms spotless some renovations going on on one wing. Just a note maintenance need to check the heating pressure set settings as my radiator in the room was only a quarter full of water.

I stayed here for one night having flown into Guernsey. We arrived quite late and eight in the excellent restaurant. Special mention must go to our waiter Paul, who is superb at giving details directions For anyone who wants to go for a run.

The next day we had lunch in the bar which was equally tasty with pleasant views over the hotel’s garden and lake.

I didn’t use the spa facilities, but judging by the quality and cleanliness of the rest of the hotel, I am sure they are excellent.

I would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling to Guernsey who wants to be close to St Peter’s Port without being in it.

St. Pierre Park is Ser in 25 acres of beautiful gardens. It is at present being refurbished and air conditioning is being added to every room. The golf course additions have been added to include 14 floodlit driving bays and now also includes a golf simulator.

Fantastic Hotel with a superb Breakfast (Included) and very friendly and helpful staff. The room I stayed in was very clean, spacious and had a very big and comfy bed. Although a bit cold as the heating not on. (Was making a sound but not getting warm).
I arrived pass mid night due to severe delay at the Southampton airport due to snow. The Hotel restaurants were closed and I tried the In Room service as a few items on the cart were marked with a star meaning available 24 hrs but no luck as the phone kept on ringing and no answer. Luckily I found a pack of short bread with the coffee/tea tray. Overall a fantastic Hotel with very friendly staff.

Stayed here for a week with Work. The hotel was really nice. The rooms were pleasant with a comfy bed. The breakfast included was to a really high standard up there with the best I’ve had. The facilities in the spa and fitness area were to a very high standard and I was really impressed. Would definitely stay at the hotel again if I was in the area. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice, Staff are very friendly. I like that they come around in the evening to see if you need anything.

We was here on a work trip, the breakfast is a great selection and the cooked selection is hot and not greasy.

Servers in the restaurant also very polite and hands on.

My only criticism is the rooms are a little dated. But they are still comfortable and its a double bed not two singles pushed together.

In October of 1977 and on our honeymoon, we had very little money and stayed at the cheapest B&B we could find in Guernsey, fast forward 40 years (doesn’t time fly?) and we are back to celebrate our Ruby anniversary in October of 2017.

We had a most enjoyable 5 night stay in a well appointed room overlooking the gardens and wonderful fountain.

A very well found breakfast every day where absolutely everything was available it was a good job we were only here for a relatively short stay. We also ate in the restaurant twice and had a fantastic meal each time.

We availed ourselves of the spa and pool facilities which were super but could not get a place on the ‘adventure golf’ which is owned and operated as a franchise and clearly very popular.

I can only say good things about the hotel, it’s facilities and their wonderful staff which combined to make for a wonderful and memorable stay.

I went to this hotel on a 3 night break . I couldn't fault the facilities, staff or food. All of which I would class as exceptional. I stayed in a ground floor garden view room. Which was very comfortable with a large bed. Tea, coffee and toiletries were all replenished twice a day if required.
The evening meals were of a good local selection which was very tasty and served by friendly waiters who were attentive but not intrusive. Breakfasts were also first class with both a selection from hot and cold buffet or from a breakfast menu.
I used the all facilities in the gym and the pool which again was well looked after clean tidy well presented.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone visiting Guernsey. The manager should be very proud of this establishment and staff all of whom are a credit.

This short 3 night break was booked as a birthday treat. The flights, car hire and hotel were all completed in a very easy and professional manner, by premier holidays through secret escapes. We arrived on the island about 10:00 after collecting the car, drove to the hotel expecting to be told that we couldn't have the room till 15:00, wrong, they accommodated us straight away. The hotel was wonderful has a superb garden and lake, a spa on site and has it's own golf course, unfortunately we didn't take the opportunity to visit either, due to other commitments. The room was clean and spacious with it's own balcony, on the ground level, with a lovely view, of the tennis courts and grounds, there was a good selection of tea and coffee makings in the room, it was quiet, we had a very restful nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly, courteous, always smiling and helpful they could not do enough to make our visit pleasant, and what was very considerate and especially appreciated was the birthday card and small box of chocolates, left in the room from the manager. We ate in both the restaurant and the bar during our stay and the food was exceptional. Breakfast had a good variety and choice of cooked or continental, very tasty. There is plenty of free parking available, the hotel is ideally situated to explore the island, there is a Waitrose across the road very handy to buy the items left or forgotten at home. We recommend this hotel and look forward to revisiting both the hotel and the island when the weather is warmer.

Came over to Guernsey to watch some rugby . Hotel was first class- excellent service throughout- friendly and helpful at reception and concierge. Spa was great and had a most enjoyable treatment. Went swimming every morning- great facilities. Garden view Room was spacious and comfortable.

Were invited to staff dinner on Sunday night which was great fun. Interesting to hear about all the different departments which make this hotel so successful and great to share the occasion with all the staff
