I was very impressed with the service Welbeing provided one of my clients. Theresa even carried up a follow up call to the client and suggested other aids that might have been of benefit, liaising with next of kin and other professionals involved.
Theresa was good enough to keep me informed all through the process and even ask my permission that she close the case now that she had exhausted her role. This has saved me a lot of time and provided Mrs L with an excellent service carried out by a specialist and not just an RO.

I am so grateful for the provision of Telecare – I had no idea I was feeling vulnerable but when it was installed and the operator came through to test it out , I found myself tearful to think that I have 24/7 contact should I need it. Thank you so much.

To all the staff at Wealden and Eastbourne Lifeline
I would like to thank you for the wonderful work that you all do. Over the last couple of years you have provided your lifeline service to my mother, Mrs Eileen Waygood , in Little Common, Bexhill. Sadly she passed away last month. You have already collected the equipment but I did not want to let the moment pass without without sending you my heartfelt thanks for the service you have provided to her.
It was always my mother’s greatest wish to stay in her home for as long as possible. Thanks to you, and to the support of other caring services, this was possible to her until her final days. I know that she made use of your service on a number of occasions and you were able to send help to her at those times. As well as being critical practical help in those incidents, it gave her the confidence that she needed to be able to continue living in her own home.
On behalf of her three sons…Thank you.
