I attended a Best of Eastbourne marketing workshop at the Wellbeing centre. I thought the venue was a marvellous choice for a meeting. It was easy to get to and easy to park right outside in the Technology park (that's worth its weight in gold for corporate clients looking for a venue for meetings and training). The building was immaculately clean, bright and spacious. and the superb air conditioning was an absolute godsend during the day I attended, which happened to be the hottest day since 2003. The staff at Wellbeing were very polite, friendly and their security was good. I felt very welcome from the minute I entered to the minute I left.
I would recommend the Wellbeing Centre to anyone who needs to hire a room. It's far more practical and cost-effective as going down the hotel route and every bit as professional.
Welbeing have just supplied their Lifeline product to my wife's Nan (honestly), she hasn't been particularly keen on the idea herself until this week, but if it means someone can help her when she's had a fall in her back garden, without having to sit in the cold for a couple of hours until one of the family happened to pop in it's more than worth it.
Only heard the best about Welbeing and although I hope it will be some time before I need their help I would not hesitate to use their services. Friendly and professional team providing invaluable service to the community.
Reply from Welbeing: Hi Bella, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it is very much appreciated.
I think very highly of Welbeing. All the staff I’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They really care about giving a good service and I would definitely recommend them.
Reply from Welbeing: Hi Jenny, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
The new offices are very well set up with excellent use of space offering further expansion opportunities. A fantastic environment to work in central Eastbourne featuring plenty of happy faces. Welbeing's focus on customer service is outstanding, which is no surprise given their premier status within the industry and as a Platinum accredited member of the Telecare Service Association.
Hugely impressed with Welbeing's new offices, really professional and welcoming. Welbeing is an excellent operation and one of the jewels of the Eastbourne business community, working locally and nationally.

Visited Welbeing`s new offices - were very nice - they are a great company in Sussex to be associated with and offer fantastic support for the local community and also countrywide - many congrats on the new offices and we wish you well from Doro Care
I was very fortunate to be invited to the recent opening event of Welbeing's new offices in Moy Avenue, Eastbourne. Well what can I say? Such a difference to the old offices! They're lovely - bright, airy, roomy and welcoming. The staff are obviously very pleased with their new surroundings and I am sure the move will make a big difference to their working days and nights! Employee engagement is so important these days and looking after staff is a huge priority, so is the well-being of Welbeing, who do such an incredible job of assisting vulnerable people with their services & products. Well done all in this great achievement!
Reply from Welbeing: Thank you Leanne for such a fantastic review and it was an absolute pleasure to see you again, as always.
I used Welbeing on two occasions once for a 'fall alert' for my father and again when I moved home to instal a key-safe. The reassurance of this kind of service is invaluable.
Reply from Welbeing: Hi Natalie, many thanks for your kind review. We are very pleased to know that our services have been helpful to both you and your father.
Kind Regards, Welbeing.

My mum wore a lifeline bracelet and necklace for many years. She sadly passed last year but I can’t recommend their service enough. The peace of mind it brings when leaving an elderly relative alone is huge.
My mum regularly used to press the red button my mistake and all the staff were so patient with her..having a little chat to make sure she was ok and when the button was used for real on several occasions an ambulance was called, we were called and we knew the emergency service could get in with the key lock on the door.
I cant stress enough what an important job they do, in difficult circumstances. Thank you so much from a relative that gained huge value and peace of mind through your service
Welbeing provides a fabulous service. My elderly mother utilises the Lifeline service - it really is something we wouldn't be without. There have been several occasions where without the alarm systems in place, things could have ended differently. It gives the whole family peace of mind.
Reply from Welbeing: Thanks for the lovely words Leanne and we are very glad to hear how it continues to help your mother.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the demonstration on Tuesday. We’ve had wonderful feedback from our therapists.
It was invaluable for therapists to learn more about telecare applications for children and young people. Please let me know if you have any additions to your product range as I can circulate information about products to therapists.

I refer to the lifeline call to you from the father-in-law: My husband and I should like to thank you so much for your speedy response to his fall. The ambulance was there in minutes and he was taken care of by the paramedics and the paramedic practitioner who stitched his head at home to save us the trauma of A&E. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you once again.
