Gold Customers
Choose a Gold Bundle from Utility Warehouse and make substantial savings on all your household utilities. There are three Gold Bundles available for residential customers:
- Gold Talk - Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile (or Mobile Broadband). Gold Talk customers benefit from one of the UK's lowest line rental charges, guaranteed savings on phone calls, and Free Mobile Protection Scheme, plus an extra 10% discount is available on the cost of broadband and line rental, plus Gourmet Society membership if you take a CashBack card.
Additional benefits include:
- up to £200 to help you switch - for use towards any early termination fees charged by your previous Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile suppliers.
Up to £200 to help you switch is available to (i) owner-occupiers who take a Double Gold or Gold Talk (ie. taking Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile) bundle and (ii) Double Gold tenants who are at least 30 years old and who have a Smart Meter installed by us at their property. Utility Warehouse will reimburse up to £200 (in total) of early termination fees you are charged by your current Home Phone, Broadband, Mobile or Energy suppliers. Plus, the option to have all their existing light bulbs replaced free of charge with energy efficient LED light bulbs.

- Reduce your electricity bill forever - LED bulbs use up to 15 times less electricity than traditional ones. This means a typical household will use around 15% less electricity - forever!
Free LED light bulb service is available to Gold and Double Gold members who are either (i) an owner-occupier; or (ii) a tenant aged over 30 where we have installed a smart meter in their property. All the light bulbs in the member’s home will be changed provided we have an LED equivalent, and the existing bulbs are safely and easily accessible. The typical value of £300-£500 is based on 39 LED bulbs at an average retail price of £8 plus a £100 charge for fitting. All light bulbs supplied and fitted by us are covered by a 36 month warranty. In addition, if a member notifies us at any time thereafter that a light bulb we have fitted is defective or has reached the end of its useful life, we will post them a replacement light bulb free of charge provided that (i) we have been supplying all their communication services continuously between the date the LED light bulbs were originally installed and the date we are notified that a replacement LED light bulb is required; (ii) their electricity service is being provided by us on the date the replacement is requested; (iii) there are no monies outstanding on the member’s account with us; and (iv) we have not received a termination notice from the member on any of the services we are supplying to them at that time. 15% quoted saving based on a typical household using 3,100 kWh of electricity, where 39 traditional light bulbs are changed to LEDs, with an average reduction of 45W per light bulb (eg. from 50W to 5W) and where each LED light bulb is used for an average of 45 minutes per day. If we fit new LED light bulbs in a member’s home and they cease to take any landline, broadband or mobile service from us within the following two years (which they were taking at any time after they requested our free light bulb replacement service), they will need to pay a contribution towards the cost of the LED bulbs we provided; the size of this contribution varies between £2 - £8 per bulb, depending on how long their bulbs have been installed.
